Rovaniemi
Begin your evening with pickup from your accommodation in Rovaniemi and depart in a small group (max 8 guests) by minivan with your guide. This experience is conducted as a true Northern Lights hunt, with no fixed route. Your guide continuously adjusts the plan based on real-time weather and Aurora forecasts, traveling long distances in search of clear skies — including crossing the Swedish border when conditions require. You may visit multiple locations during the night, stopping in carefully selected areas away from light pollution to observe the sky. Your guide will also assist with photography, capturing high-quality images throughout the experience. The duration is flexible, allowing you to stay out longer when conditions are favorable. Hot drinks and light snacks are included before returning to Rovaniemi.

5.00Absolutely incredible Northern Lights tour! We had an amazing viewing opportunity between two frozen lakes near the Swedish border after about a 2-hour drive, and it was completely worth it. The scenery alone was stunning, and when the aurora appeared, it felt surreal. It was a truly stunning experience with professional photography included by the host! Our guide was fun, knowledgeable, and clearly very experienced. She kept the atmosphere relaxed and enjoyable throughout the trip while also sharing interesting information about the Northern Lights and the area. Left with some cupcakes and warm juice on the way back after everybody was satisfied. Highly recommend this tour to anyone hoping for a memorable aurora experience in a semi-private setting!

5.00I went on an aurora tour with my family, and it was truly amazing. We couldn’t see the aurora clearly at the first spot, but the guide kept working hard to find a better location, and eventually we got to see a beautiful aurora. It’s definitely a once-in-a-lifetime experience that everyone should try at least once.
