5.00An amazing night, our guide Jaime was excellent and was constantly looking out for signs of the Northern lights for us to experience and was happy to drive anywhere asli very thoughtful as he was more than happy to brace the cold (-23) whilst we kept warm in his vehicle until they were visable. Would highly recommend.

5.00It was amazing! Our guide Lachin was really nice and took a lot of amazing pictures of everyone and took us to a really good spot where we were lucky and saw really big aurora.

5.00We had an amazing northern lights hunting experience with Arctic GM and wanted to share our heartfelt appreciation. Our guide, Luc, was absolutely outstanding. His driving skills were impeccable — we felt safe, comfortable and completely in good hands throughout the night. Luc brought us to a fantastic viewing spot and constantly kept track of aurora activity, adjusting our plans to give us the best chance possible. He set up his tripods, took beautiful photos for us, and was incredibly patient and accommodating the entire time. When we finally caught our first glimpse of the aurora, we were already over the moon. It was magical, and truly felt like the company’s “guaranteed sighting” promise delivered. We were perfectly happy to head back… but Luc insisted there was more to see — and he was right! Thanks to his persistence and dedication, we were rewarded with yet another spectacular display of dancing lights. It was an unforgettable night, and we’re so grateful for the experience. Thank you, Arctic GM, and a huge shoutout to Luc for making it truly special.

5.00We had an amazing time! Our guide Bernardo was amazing! I always get update via Whatsapp on information before and after the tour. The van was spacious and comfortable. Bernardo drove up to Sweden to catch the lights. It was super cold and the snow was thick but it was worth it! The northern lights were amazing! Bernardo brought a professional camera and took beautiful photos of us. We were also told of how northern lights appear and how they know where to chase it. We were given delicious hot berry juice and chocolate muffin. The photos will be given to us in couple of days. If your phone has a good camera will also get a good picture. In all we had an amazing time and surely reccomend Arctic GM Experience.

5.00Amazing experience seeing the northern lights. The guides were wonderful and we had the best time! We had a clear cold night and were super lucky to see beautiful dancing lights. We parked on the side of the highway and spent about an hour observing the lights and taking pictures.

5.00We did the Northern Ligjts tour with Arctic GM out of Tromso and it was amazing! Everything went very well and the guides (David, Lucas, and driver Jacob) were great.!They were very knowledgeable and we were rewarded with a great night of Northern Lights. They took so many photos and were patient and encouraging so we will have so many keepsake photos. Highly recommend this tour and these guides!

1.00RUN AWAY. Terrible service from the operator. The car used was absolutely uncomfortable. My wife and I had to sit in the front seat, cramped with the driver. We are 67 years old and we went without any comfort. The guide didn't provide any information. He remained stopped for a long time on a small highway, just taking pictures, but we didn't see the Northern Lights. In short: LOOK FOR ANOTHER COMPANY, because with this one you will only have discomfort and frustration. FUJA. Péssimo serviço da operadora. O carro utilizado absolutamente sem conforto. Eu e minha esposa tivemos que nos sentar no banco da frente, apertados com o motorista. Temos 67 anos de idade e fomos sem nenhum conforto. O guia não dava informações. Permaneceu longo tempo parado em uma pequena rodovia, apenas tirando fotos, mas não vimos a Aurora Boreal. Em resumo: PROCURE OUTRA EMPRESA, pois com essa você apenas terá desconforto e frustação.

5.00We planned our trip to Tromso months in advance but the weather is hard to forecast. When we arrived, we were concerned that the weather and cloud cover would make seeing the Northern Lights impossible. However, booking this tour was the best thing we did! Our guides Luigi, Abu, and Jorgas were dedicated! They drove us about 3 hours from Tromso, and gave us a spectacular view of the northern lights. It was absolutely amazing and allowed us to see a show far greater than we had ever imagined! 10/10 would do it again if we ever end up back on the artic circle!

5.00Everything was amazing about this experience from the guides to the lights to the experience! We were warmly greeted when we arrived and handed suits for the cold. The tour lasted about 3 hours and we stopped twice to see the northern lights . But the major highlight of it all was the staff ! We forgot our camera & ID in the suit and came back late . The whole team immediately started going through every suit and helped us find our belongings even after they were closed . The friendliest people ever ! Highly recommend
