Your experienced guides combine deep local knowledge, weather analysis, and pre-scouted locations to bring you to the right place at the right time!
You’ll receive warm winter overalls to stay comfortable throughout the night, and you’ll gather around a cozy campfire for a homemade meal, a hot drink, and a sweet treat.
When the lights appear, your professional guide-photographer will capture beautiful portraits of you beneath the Aurora — with FREE photos, yours to keep as a precious memory.

5.00Hunting northern lights with Blue puffin in Tromsø was a blast! We have been taken care by Linda our guide and Adam our driver. They both know their topic. Linda is a ball of energy, creating a good ambiance. And Adam knows the road by heart and drive safely. We have been lucky with ma'am in green at her best, but Linda and Adam brought us to beautiful spots to make it even more unforgettable. They are attentive to the group and always ready to help or answer your questions. Linda shoved a space for our little fire to have our soup, and did beautiful pictures (the greenest from the uploaded ones). We were a group of 12 person and went out from 6pm to 2 am. I do recommend a small bus to go northern lights hunting and go with Blue puffin, you won't regret it!!

Bluepuffin provides everything: a comfortable seat on the bus, a professional driver, and a guide who will tell you everything and will definitely find you a place to see the Northern Lights! You'll get delicious soup and sit by the fire with tea and cookies. The people at Bluepuffin create a fantastic atmosphere and know everything about the Arctic. If you want to have a great time, book a trip – I highly recommend it!

5.00It was just amazing! Very pontual, kind and carefull. We went to Finland, eat the great soup and saw a thin aurora, but we had changed the location and the Magic happened! Amazing auroras from all over the sky! Amazing guide and drivers. I recomend 1000000%

5.00The experience was such excellent. The tour guide Monika and the minibus driver were so professional and experienced. It was a snow day in Tromso, cloudy everywhere . The possibility to see northern light is very very low. Monika and the driver drove more than 5 hours all the way to Finland and finally found clear sky and we were all very excited to see the amazing northern light. We really appreciate Monika and the driver's efforts.

5.00Just fantastic! Very attentive, did not spare efforts to find the aurora boreal and we found!!!! It exploded, danced... Unforgettable! The hot soup gives a special touch. Both the guide and the driver Adam were fantastic. I recommend 1000000%

5.00Beautiful experience searching for the Aurora Borealis with Kirstin and Adam. After a long journey to Finland, we were able to admire the spectacle of the dancing aurora. We warmed up around a campfire eating hot soup and having conversation with the whole group. Kirstin took a lot of pictures of each of us and the Northern Lights. Finally they accompanied us near the accommodations of each. Super recommended

5.00Highly recommended tour ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ It was raining and cloudy in Tromso so we were not confident we would have see anything. But Adam and Linda knew exactly where to take us. Linda was our photographer and her enthusiasm was contagious! We saw few different types of Aurora explosions. The Northern lights were dancing in the sky. Thank you guys xx

5.00We had a very good experience with this tour. Today’s weather conditions were perfect to see, and they were shown not only once, but during the more than 4 hours we were watching them. Our driver and our guide (Joan, sorry if it's not spelled that way) were great. Joan knew a lot about the auroras and a lot of very interesting things about Tromso, so we learned more about life here. The campfire was an important part of the experience in the end, despite the harsh cold (I recommend putting on the warm clothes they offer), sharing a hot (and very rich) soup and a few cookies with hot tea with the group created a warmer and closer Mood. Tour and Enterprise highly recommended!

5.00Wow!!!! What an adventure. The bus picked us up outside our hotel, they’d even put a booster seat in for our little boy. The bus was super clean, modern and cosy. We had a brief introduction and explanation of where we were headed and then a bit of background into our guide and the driver. The northern light show that followed was breathtaking. We got loads of our own pictures and professional ones done by our guide. We sat round a campfire and ate delicious soup, drank hot tea/juice and at cookies under the aurora and it was magical. We were given an email with clothing instructions and then given a thermal suit when we got out there so we were super warm and protected by the elements. Our guide was so knowledgeable, approachable and friendly. His love of the aurora and all things science was super cool and our little boy really enjoyed learning about the lights. We were super lucky with the lights, we left at around 5:30 and returned back at around midnight. Can’t recommend these guys enough. Amazing experience, worth every penny, trip of a lifetime.
