With the help of some of Norways best chefs you will learn and discover the history of Norwegian cooking, including Norwegian salmon. Your chefs will assist you while prepairing the food and everybody eats their own dish.

Join your chefs for a hands-on lunch experience and learn to prepare two traditional Norwegian dishes. This two-hour class blends cooking and storytelling, offering a taste of Norway’s food history and culinary traditions. You will participate in classic Norwegian cooking and learn the traditional teqnicues incolving the preparation of Norwegian salmon, one of Norway’s most iconic dishes. Participants receive recipes and background on the dishes, along with an apron.
