Let me first give the positives of the trip: 1. The staff are super friendly and supportive. 5/5 2. The quality and cleanliness of the sailing boat are very good. 5/5 3. BBQ lunch at Lembongan was good. 5/5 4. Activity at Potong was very good. 5/5 Overall experience: Good Negative parts that contributed to a 3-star rating: 1. Price: IDR 1.8M per person is still on the higher side considering the overall experience. 2. Some add-on charges—of course, these are optional, not mandatory—such as photography. IDR 150K is sky-high. Also, they don’t provide soft copies (I asked for it; he said it’s an additional charge, although I already paid IDR 150K for the hard copy). 3. If IDR 150K is really charged, then they should have taken photos in a good place, not just in front of the boat, which doesn’t reflect anything about the Lembongan trip. So the photography was a disaster here. Horrible. –10/5 4. I asked for an iced lemon tea during lunch at Bali Hai Restaurant and was provided with hot black tea. Then I went to the counter myself and requested them to add some ice. You know what? They charged IDR 50K for that disaster tea. In fact, they actually provide complimentary tea at lunchtime, but even then I was charged. Summary: Yes, it’s expensive, but if you want to enjoy a small cruise trip with music and activities, just go for it.

From the moment we were picked up from our hotel all the staff we met were extremely friendly and professional. The catamaran journey out to the island took about 90 minutes - very comfortable, even though it was a little windy and rocky (our suggestion is to always take a seasick tablet and sit outside). My husband, our teenage daughter and I did the scuba diving experience on the pontoon. It was a terrific way to introduce our daughter to diving and for us to experience again as it was over 10 years since our last dive. The diving instructions were thorough and very clear and diving masters were brilliant. Although the dive was only for 30 minutes, we saw plenty of beautiful sea animals and coral. The water was crystal clear and warm. The pontoon also had fun activities such as banana boat riding, snorkelling and a fun water slide (all included in day trip). We were also treated to a pod of dolphins roaming around near the pontoon. At 12.30pm we were transported by smaller boats to the island and had a lovely lunch at the Bali Hai Beach club. We remained on the island until 3pm - enjoying the facilities. I highly recommend this tour and would do it again if we return to Bali.

We enjoyed a lovely boat trip with beautiful views. Long time: 2.5 hours to get to the island of Nusa Lembongan by catamaran from Bali. A little offshore we arrived at a pontoon where we could snorkel and saw a lot of fish. Some also went diving or down the slide. The staff was friendly, helpful and professional. At the pontoon was also a lifeguard who kept a close eye on everything. The first 10-15 minutes we were also advised against entering the water, because the current was too strong. Safery first. From the pontoon we took a small boat to the Beach Club on the island where a delicious Indonesian buffet was waiting for us. After this delicious meal I went to sleep on a sunbed under the trees, while others took a trip inland. After a few hours we went back by boat and were dropped off at our hotel. All in all a wonderful day on the water.
