One of the best experiences ever

5.00We visited on a Friday so it was a lot quieter than we expected though still busy. We paid for the whole experience which I wasn’t sure about but was most definitely worth it. We visited 80th 86th and 102nd floor. The 86th gave us the iconic views and the location again of so many films. As it wasn’t as busy we were able to spend lots of time looking at all the views without feeling rushed. The museum area gave lots of insights into the construction of the building. I especially Loved the King Kong corner for a fab photo op. The 102nd floor has completely unobstructed views with floor to ceiling glass but was so much smaller so Can imagine it being cramped and rushed on busier days but we loved the experience.

5.00A New York icon, this is well-worth doing. There's some information and a little museum on the way up, but the star of the show is the observation deck. While busy, it wasn't too crowded and you had ample opportunity to enjoy the view in 360 and take photos. The staff were friendly and helpful and the whole system ran very efficiently.

5.00Very cool museum. Clean. Went on a cloudy day and there was no wait. Our teenagers really liked it. Spent about an hour.

5.00I had a fantastic experience at the Empire State Building, and Alfio truly made it even more memorable. He was incredibly patient, kind, and attentive while answering all of my questions. 5.00This experience was great. We visited the 80th, 86th, and 102nd floors. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The building is well maintained and clear. We would highly recommend if you have not been and would encourage to spend the extra to go up to 102nd floor.

4.00Great views of the city shame for such a well known landmark that they don’t acknowledge disability I advised when entering that I am disabled as I cannot stand for long periods as I have cancer and suffer extreme exhaustion I asked if they was a different queue for disabled they said no just follow it around I asked again at the 2nd floor and was told the same thing amazing views of the city but disappointing service if your disabled be prepared to join the long queues

4.00Great views definitely worth disappearing that they don’t acknowledge disability I advised when I entered I have a disability as I have cancer and cannot stand in queues for long periods they just ok follow it round no separate queue for disabled which was a shame for such a well known landmark but views were amazing

5.00This was our first time at the top of the NYC Empire State Building. It was cold but that did not deter us. All of the employees were wonderful. Answered any question we might have. The view from the top is fantastic. We went in the late after so we could see the lights of New York. It did not disappoint. There are great views from all four sides.

5.00This was one the highlights of our stay... even though we went on a day that had poor visability. We had reserved our tickets and arrived at opening time. We were told we could change our reservation or go ahead with our visit. We decided to go ahead and had great time. I loved the museum and all the staff were so friendly and informative. I particularly enjoyed the video clips of staff telling us about their favourite moment at the Empire State. There was information about how it was built and the history of how it has become such an iconic building. Again, I loved all the clips of how the Empire State Building has been used in movies and TV. The King Kong window was fab, and the lift up the Observation Deck an experience. Highly recommended.
