• The greatest time in NYC

  We had the opportunity to meet Mike on our very first day of our NYC trip so he could show us around. Kindly Mike picked us up from our hotel and he showed up just on time. We first went to the grand central station where he could tell us some very interesting stories about the past and the building. It was a perfect start for our day. After that we took the subway to the upper west to get some fresh New York bagels! Such a great experience. Mike showed us around the upper west side which is an amazing neighborhood. It was cool seeing how real New Yorkers live and to get some insider information of a real New Yorker! Mike took us to the one and only Zabar’s supermarket and we got some hot dogs and pizza just like a local. He also showed us the best bakery in town which was one of my favorite parts of the day! At the end of our trip we went to the Central Park and walked through. We had such a great time with Mike and absolutely recommend doing a day trip with him. It was our very first time in New York and this day made our trip even more special. Mike is such a nice and kind person!   If you are after a small group tour, definitely contact Mike. The wet weather meant we had to change our plans last minute, but Mike made sure we still had a fantastic tour and lunch.

  This was our second tour with Mike, it’s likely not our last! His love for the city and excitement to share his knowledge and insight is all-engaging. He manages to make you feel less like a visitor, and more like someone who is neighborhood shopping for your next home. He is engaging, and so positive. He’s full of inside tips and leads you to experiences you would have completely missed on your own. He took us to a “time machine” that we would have literally walked passed and never known what we missed. In addition to enjoying various foods, they are somehow even tastier when you go armed with the knowledge of the establishment’s history. Mike has the inside scoop on everything, and loves showing off the best grocery shops which have been super fun to explore. And even though we have been on others tours through Central Park, he showed us a secret we didn’t know! You won’t regret spending your day with Mike.

  Our experience with the New York City tour guide was absolutely fantastic! The guide was incredibly knowledgeable, providing fascinating insights into the history, culture, and hidden gems of the city. Their passion for New York was evident, and they made the tour both engaging and educational. We visited iconic landmarks as well as off-the-beaten-path spots, and the guide tailored the experience to our interests. We couldn’t have asked for a better way to explore the city.   Our private tour with Mike was the highlight of our trip to NYC this December. Mike met us at a subway station in Brooklyn and then took us all around Brooklyn for a full 8 hours. Mike is an absolute gem, he was funny, energetic and showed us places we would have never visited without him. He has tons of knowledge and tells you everything about a typical New York City life. As tourists it’s sometimes hard to comprehend how actually living in such a big city works, but Mike told us eveything about it, and made sure we understood how all the cultural differences shape the life of New York Residents. If you want to discover places away from the usual tourists spots and get a deep understanding of New York life, Mike is the best tourguide for You! Thank You Mike for such an awesome experience!

  Absolutely fantastic city. If i could give it 10*s I would. Great atmosphere, so vibrant and alive 24 hours a day. We loved everything about NYC. We stayed local and for the most part walked everywhere. Put this beautiful place on your bucket list. Not once during our stay did we feel unsafe. There is so much history. Fabulous food & drink.   We did the Expert tour with Mike, all around Brooklyn. It was a fun day & very informative. Mike is very knowledgeable on the history of NY and delivers it in a very easy going way that is conversational and fun. It’s been a highlight of our time in NY.

  If I could give six stars, I would. My husband and I took the Tour of Brooklyn with Mike. From the very start, Mike was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and passionate about all things New York. In addition to learning about the neighborhoods, history and architecture of Brooklyn, Mike made sure we found the apartment where my Mom grew up…such a great moment. He also gave us many suggestions and places to see and things to do during our stay in the city. When in NYC, don’t miss this opportunity to spend the day with Mike!!

  Mike was able with his knowledge of New York to immerse us in the local context, with numerous anecdotes about the city and visits to special places that we could never have visited or understood on our own. If you want to learn more about New York City I highly recommend a visit with Mike!
