  Great sites to see, but would have preferred fewer 10 min stops and more time to spend at the beach snorkeling. We did love the snorkeling and even had a sea turtle swimming around us! It was fantastic! There was really nothing to do at the macadamia nut farm except shop in their store, so that was disappointing. Overall, it was a great day thanks to the sea turtle!

  The description needs to be updated. When we finally got to the snorkeling place the sun was out but the beach and water were dirty and cloudy! It wasn’t the crystal clear blue… you couldn’t see through the snorkel mask! Our driver was very tired and the his voice had no intonation. He put everyone to sleep. He was very nice but when he picked us up he acted like he didn’t have us on his list and made everything so confusing! When he dropped us off he didn’t move out of his seat to help anyone off or say goodbye after being together all day… however he did talk about how to tip him and the many ways he could receive money! The bus was in poor condition and the shocks were felt on every bump. The main reason I booked this trip was to see the beautiful areas of Hawaii and not book a shopping excursion and this was exactly a shopping excursion. We stopped and shopped and had very little time at other places! It was disappointing, especially after seeing all the beautiful beaches and then stopping at the beach where we couldn’t even see under the water!

  Fun and informative. Turtle snorkel was kinda bad. Lots of turtles but the water is terrible. Not clear and dirty. Bad cove.

  Causin Melissa was an amazing tour guide. She told us so much about the island. The stop were plenty, food was good at the food truck stop and she even shared a snack and a fresh banana of the bunch with my son and I. It tasted nothing like bananas back in NY. The only thing I would change is the beach were we went swimming. It was small and too rocky. Definitely need swimming shoes for that. But otherwise a great excursion. Aloha

  Would not recommend. First, the tour bus sounded like it was falling apart. The bus driver was swerving and not paying attention to his driving the entire trip. We didn’t make the stops we had in the itinerary and every stop we did have was cut on time. The nicer spots we stopped were the “bathroom breaks” and so short you couldn’t do anything but use the bathroom and miss the view or activity. Food stop was in a food truck lot, but just a short maybe quarter mile ahead was a much nicer stop with nicer food trucks. Snorkeling wasn’t going to happen until many patrons complained and then they didn’t have enough gear for everyone. We stopped at a different spot to snorkel, with nothing to see. Overall I feel this was a waste of our time and trip. I messaged in, but customer service has yet to get back to me.
