The semi rigid inflatable vessels are super fast allowing you to experience a fun ride, adventure and education amongst the natural beauty of the Whitsundays.
Ocean Rafting offers two different Whitehaven Beach tours to choose from, the Northern Exposure and the Southern Lights tour. The significant difference between the two tours is that the Northern Exposure offers more snorkelling time and the Southern Lights offers more Whitehaven beach time.
Ocean Rafting is the only tour operator to have direct access to the stunning and iconic Hill Inlet beach and secret snorkel sites around the Whitsundays ensuring a memorable underwater experience.

This tour does not pick up or depart from Hamilton Island. You can join this tour from Airlie Beach.

5.00My wife, two sons (12 and 9), and I had the perfect day with Ella and Hailey. It was a fun day with a hike, snorkeling, and beach. We covered a lot of ground but it never felt rushed. And while the boat was fast and the music was loud, the staff were very safe and attentive. This from a 20 year maritime lawyer and Navy officer who’s seen his share of bad days on the water. Ocean Rafting is a first rate outfit. 5 of 5, would do again.

5.00We went on a tour with Ela and her crew on 24th May. It was lovely spent day. First we went to the lookout. That took us approximately an hour. Then we went snorkeling. The weather was cloudy and the water a bit cold so next time we would borrow wetsuits 🥶 . After snorkeling we got our lunch and spend about 1.5h on the beach. The way to Whitsunday island takes about an hour, same for the way back. We got little snacks during the tour as well. The whole crew took very good care of us 🤗 Thank you guys!

1.00Changed the pick-up time, warned by letter a few minutes before the appointed time. Letters are not read online. As a result, the excursion was cancelled, money was lost. The company does not care about the situation.

5.00We had an amazing day out on the boat for my birthday. Ocean rafting staff made it very memorable with great hospitality and a fun atmosphere. The weather was perfect and snorkelling was surreal. Very good value for money and fabulous day out with the family. 10/10
