  This was our second time taking the Old San Juan Segway Tour with our incredible guide, Jose, and it was even better than the first! We came back specifically so our kids could experience it and learn about the rich history of San Juan, the island of Puerto Rico, and the Caribbean, and Jose delivered once again! His knowledge is absolutely unmatched. He brings the stories of the city to life with so much passion and clarity that you can’t help but walk away (or ride away!) feeling more connected to this amazing place. Jose was also extremely helpful in showing us how to use the Segways. Within minutes it felt completely intuitive, even for the kids. This time, I also tried the new Segway Safari e-Bikes, and they were a fantastic surprise. Fast, comfortable, and a super fun way to explore the area! We were visiting San Juan for just one day on a cruise, and we’re so thankful we chose to do this tour again. It set the perfect tone for our visit and even gave us extra time afterward to return to El Morro and later enjoy a delicious late lunch at Raíces. The Mofongo and the ambience was amazing! A perfect day in San Juan, thanks to Jose and this outstanding tour company. Highly recommended!

  My wife and I took a Segway electric bike tour with Jose’ and absolutely loved the tour and bikes and Jose’. As a native, Jose’ was a wealth of knowledge about his island (and specifically Old San Juan) and its history. He taught us a lot and also answered all the questions we had about Puerto Rico. We are both older than 65 but had done plenty of electric bike tours as well as Segway tours but had never used the Segway brand electric bikes. The bikes were very stable on the cobblestone streets and more powerful than most of the bikes we had previously used. If you are lazy you didn’t even need to peddle.   We had a wonderful tour with Jose through Old San Juan. His rich knowledge of the history and design of the city was fascinating. He was patient with us, as this was our first time using Segways. By the end of the tour, we mastered them! Would absolutely recommend this tour to any visitor to San Juan!

  The Old San Juan Segway Tour was absolutely fantastic! Riding a Segway through the colorful streets and historic sites made exploring so much more fun and effortless. Instead of walking up and down the hills, we got to glide smoothly while still seeing everything up close. Our guide was knowledgeable, friendly, and full of great stories about the city’s history, culture, and hidden gems. They made sure everyone felt comfortable and confident on the Segways before we started, which put us all at ease. We visited the forts, plazas, and cobblestone streets, stopping often for photos and interesting insights. The Segways made it easy to cover a lot of ground while still having time to soak in the views. If you’re visiting Old San Juan, this tour is a must-do! It’s fun, informative, and a unique way to experience the charm and history of the city. Highly recommend!

  We did this tour a few years back on a cruise, liked it that time we did it again. It was changed up a bit from the last experience. Personally I think it was better because last time it was a group of 8. This time just the two of us. Basically a personal tour!The segways are easy, the streets and hills cann be a challnge but it is fun. This tour can be converted over to e-bikes if the segway is not your thing.

  The instructor was so knowledgeable and professional. Puerto Rico has historical places that speaks for itself. This is a MUST for Visitors!! The equipment we used was top tier my son will remember this for life !! Enjoy

  

• Great Experience in Segway Tour!

  It had been 13 years since we did this tour. I will say the guide is amazing, super helpful and full of information. The Segways have become heavier and the ride can be hard on the feet with all the cobblestone streets. Also, you can no longer speed down the long entrance to El Moro. They have blocked access to all electric vehicles. That was disappointing. It was overall a nice tour and so much better than doing it on foot.
