Departing from the meeting point in front of The Hotel Parador or bab el ain , our transfer from Chefchaouen to Fez begins at 4:00 PM. During the approximately 4-hour journey, you can sit back and relax as we traverse the stunning natural landscapes of Morocco. The passenger wanted to drop us off at a point 5 km from the hotel for convenience. We had to insist on being brought a little closer to the blue gate. A minus point in the otherwise good communication with the shuttle service. Shuttle is also no faster or more convenient than the regular bus.

Beware: It's complicated to meet up!! Our Riad was not an option at the time of booking, so we selected Parador Hotel from the list.... - we had to take a taxi to Parador - Parador is located in a roundabout FILLED with 1 million taxis, vans, busses, etc - Parador concierge had NO IDEA about this pick-up service or company - the bus is NOT CLEARLY MARKED - Trying to communicate with the booking took me from the app to WhatsApp, to the driver WhatsApp directly and his reception kept failing - we felt lucky to find him, and then he DID stop at our Riad to pick-up another person after all!!! Toooo crazy The driver was AMAZING!! He was informative, polite, spoke English well, was an excellent driver despite the crazy roads & traffic, he was well organized, he also made sure to connect us with someone from our riad to meet us and guide us thru the Fez streets. Great value, but pickup structure needs major improvement... a SIGN IN THE FRONT WINDOW at least!!!

The ride was safe and comfortable, and the driver arrived right on time. Leaving at 4 pm was convenient—you can still enjoy Chefchaouen and arrive in Fes while it’s still bright. The shuttle dropped us near our accommodation, much easier than taking a bus and then a taxi. We even stopped at a quirky gas-station café that felt like a scene from a 1980s American movie.

Mohamed and our driver Aziz were fantastic from start to finish. Mohamed communicated with us ahead of time where to meet and rang us on the day to make sure we knew where to go. He pointed out things along the way and even dropped us outside the hotel. He speaks perfect English and accommodated extra breaks for us when needed. He even dropped off a hat we had forgotten in the car the next morning! We are so grateful to Aziz for his careful driving and for getting us at the hotel safely and on time. They are the perfect pair. Thank you both!

The trip was amazing! Beautiful landscape and Saadi is an incredible driver, for a road i wouldn't want to have to drive myself! Saadi made of this road trip a very pleasant journey 😊 . Would definitely recommend.

Redwan and Hassan provided fantastic service from Chefchaouen to Fes. We were collected on time from the hotel and arrived on time in Fes. Redwan was a fantastic guide and spoke very well in English. Highly recommend!
