1.00I sent an alert for possible cancellations three times to Viator as soon as that, Lana started having emergency snow problems with cancellations. I was in the air for 10 hours plus and told them I would notify them as soon as I found out if I was going to be on the scheduled flight or the next flight into Punta Arenas. When the first flight was canceled, I sent Viator a notice and according to them I needed 24 hours for advance notice which was impossible to do since I am not in charge of snow and flight cancellations when I’m in the air I lost my $64. I will never use Viator again
