This certification is the most popular dive course in the world. It has allowed millions of people to discover the magnificent ocean floors and to be apart of the diving community and the lifestyle that comes with it. The open water course is organised in 3 main steps: -Develop your knowledge in a way of understanding the basics of diving -Basic exercise training in shallow waters (Beach or swimming pool), at least 5 sessions -Dives in deep waters so you can practise your technique, and explore the ocean floors, at least 4 dives Learning to dive is an extraordinary experience. You will breath underwater for the first time, an experience that you will never forget. Learn the basics of diving and become a certified diver under the direct supervision of our certified instructors. *A minimum age of 10 years is required to do this activity.

Amazing experience learning to dive at Nusa Lembongan

5.00Had a brilliant experience getting my Open Water certification at Dive Concepts this week. I had never dived before so was a little nervous but my instructor Loïc was amazing, taking the time to explain everything and pointing out improvements I could make after each dive. He always went through the safety checks thoroughly and explained the dive sites clearly ahead of each dive. We didn’t get to go to manta point due to bad weather but we saw amazing sea life including turtles and a big crocodile fish on our last dive! Loïc is a passionate teacher and I now know lots of symbols to point out different animals under water :) I’m super happy to have my certification now and feel already like a confident diver! The rest of the staff were also very helpful and friendly throughout the three days I dived with them. Thank you Loïc and team!

5.00The trainers here were all super lovely, helpful and educated. Clear at explaining everything and guiding you through all components in a calming reassuring way. The dive sites were also amazing! I can’t wait to get back in the water.

5.00The guys and girls at Dive Concepts Lembongan make it very easy to feel well looked after and dive in great spots with good equipment. They are absolutely professional and at the same time convey all this with a lot of enthusiasm. With Dive Concepts Lembongan, I was able to successfully obtain my OWD certificate. My special thanks go to my dive instructor Hugo, who guided me through the course with fun and expertise in theory and especially in practice.

5.00Just completed my Open Water certification with Lembongan Dive Concepts and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The location is absolutely stunning and perfect for first dives: clear water, beautiful reefs, mantas and an incredible underwater world to explore. A special thank you to our instructor, Loïc, who was amazing throughout the entire course. He explained everything clearly, was patient and calm at all times, and made us feel safe and confident from the very beginning. His relaxed and professional approach made learning to dive both enjoyable and reassuring. I highly recommend Lembongan Dive Concepts to anyone considering their Open Water course. 5.00I completed my Open Water course with this diving school, and I want to share my experience :) I wasn’t fully convinced about scuba diving at first — the idea of breathing underwater and having so many things to remember felt intimidating. During the first dive, I was naturally a little scared, but from the very beginning Loïc, our instructor, was amazing. He stayed close to me, reassured me calmly, and made me feel safe and supported at all times. Thanks to his patience, professionalism, and positive attitude, my initial anxiety quickly turned into confidence and enjoyment. What started as something I wasn’t sure about became such a beautiful experience that I even decided to add an extra fun dive at the end. I’m very grateful to Loïc and the whole team for creating such a safe, supportive, and enjoyable learning environment. I would highly recommend this school, especially to anyone who feels a bit nervous about trying scuba diving for the first time.
