  Awesome experience. Booked a discovery dive and ended up doing my open water diver certification. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I paid an extra 30 to have them video and was lucky to see sharks, mantas stone fish the list goes on! Was quite expensive but I found CR is anyways but well worth the experience

  The staff at Tamarindo Diving were very friendly and hospitable. They have a smooth running operation and are located right along the beach, so they get you out on the boat and out to the diving area efficiently. Communication with the shop was timely, transparent, and very respectful. My son and I did our open water certification dives with Davide for two days. He was very friendly, energetic, informative, and very knowledgeable of the marine life and terrain where we were diving. There was even a sea turtle that recognized him from so many previous interactions with him! He tested us on all the requirements for our open water certification while taking us on an incredible journey of the local marine life. My wife and two other kids did the snorkeling excursion, and had a great time as well. The other instructors/guides were all also very hospitable and accommodating, and made everyone feel safe and looked after. It was a pleasure working with Davide and the rest of the staff at Tamarindo Diving. I would very highly recommend their services!

  My wife and I experienced the best training and preparation for diving, better then we did at 2 American dive shops. The entire staff are extremely patient when working with older couples. We had such a wonderful time diving around the Catalina and Sombrero islands.

  I was lucky enough to choose Davide's Scuba Dive to get my PADI Open Water certification. What can I say, never was a more appropriate choice! Davide and his guys are super professionals who manage to make you live this magnificent experience, through their great passion. With them you will find both professionalism and fun.   It was the most wonderful experience, I’m officially certified thanks to the amazing crew from Tamarindo Divers. My trainer Jac was very kind and professional, both days were very satisfactory. We saw so many different creatures like sharks and moray eels. I can’t wait to dive again with these guys!

  Tamarjndo Diving is fantastic! I did my open water certification Feb.7-9, 2024. Luis was my instructor and he was amazing! He helped me get over my unknown fear of claustrophobia under water and took me on some great dives. He was very knowledgeable, calm and we got to see lots underwater including sharks, manta rays and lots of cool and colorful fish. The other dive masters on the boat were professional and wanted all divers to have a great experience. Other divers on the boat said their experience was much the same as mine. I would rate this company 10 out of 10 and I can’t wait to come back for more dives in the future.

  My husband is an experienced advanced cert diver and I was working on my open water dive cert. Alejandro was the best instructor I could’ve wished for. He made it possible for me to love scuba. Under water he is so zen and reassuring. I became excited to dive instead of scared and unsure. He reads personalities like a pro and knows what you need for support to reach out if your comfort zone while learning. I really am so thankful we went with this outfit for my first diving cert. ….and the dives were BEAUTIFUL!!! The dive masters are respectful of the environment and the inhabitants while taking you through a dream of a dive. I whole heartedly recommend this place. Great equipment too!

  A great place to get Open Water Certified, my buddy and I decided to pull the trigger on a PADI certification here and it was AMAZING. The whole crew was absolutely fantastic, they were kind and super knowledgeable. I felt very safe and had a wonderful experience.

  The whole thing was breathtaking! I was lucky enough to see an amazing variety of sea life, from dolphins and whales to rays, sharks, octopuses, giant starfish and lots more! Davide and the instructors where very professional and nice, we all had a great time it was truly a unique experience, way beyond what I expected!
