1. Select the transportation service you require and please consider Model and type of vehicle will be assigned upon availability and the number of passengers. 2. Provide the following information: Full name, flight number, pick-up date and time, and phone number. 3. Save your voucher. Print it or save it on your phone. 4. 48 hours prior to your ride, you will receive your driver's contact info. 5. 24 hours before, we will provide you with the meeting point info to meet with your driver. 6. Meet your driver at the pick-up location. 7. Present your voucher and I.D. to the driver so properly driver can validate your voucher/ticket. 8. Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 SMALL carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs, or bikes) may have certain restrictions; please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable. 9. Please consider the storage capacity for luggage based on the number of passengers. For larger groups with larger items, multiple vehicles may be more appropriate.

1.00TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, I Don’t RECOMMEND Made a booking and on the day no one showed up. Contacted Viator only for them to tell me that because my bookings was amended they didn’t see it as valid. Had to take an airport cab and mine u, it was cheaper. They also mentioned that my refund wasn’t possible. Mind you again, the driver usually reaches out prior to make arrangements, Still waiting. Value your money and book work another company. And I was traveling with an infant

1.00Do not book with this company. Ride never showed up. Someone in airport called the company for us 2 times & they said they were almost there. After 45 minutes we contacted Viator support because we couldn’t get any response from the company. So we had to find & take a taxi. Viator said they’d request a refund…. Waiting to see what happens.

5.00Driver was early and waiting for me. Vehicle was new and very nice. He was a careful driver and very pleasant and helpful. No complaints at all … would definitely use again.
