5.00My experience with Lickrish food tours was amazing! This food tour was the perfect way to kick off my solo trip. Our tour guide Shari was engaging, kind, and very knowledgeable. She shared great facts about the island. Our driver Allen was on time and professional. We had a chance to stop and do some sightseeing before our tour. If you’re visiting Barbados soon, add Lickrish to your itinerary!

5.00It was fantastic. Be prepared to walk, sweat, and eat like a Bajan. You’ll walk away with more than you can eat and you’ll learn lots of history and about the local diet. My wife and I loved it and our guide Paulette was the best.

5.00Such a great tour! I love doing food tours anywhere we go to explore the culture. This was so fun and our group was small but that made it even better. The fish cakes were amazing! Paulette was our guide and she was fantastic.

5.00Could not recommend this bajan food walking tour more. It is extremely well planned and our tour guide Paulette was so friendly and knowledgeable she has us all laughing the whole 3 hours of the tour. The food was amazing and there was so much of it we had to take goodie bags home as we could not finish everything. You receive such a well rounded experience of local life, culture, food and history and you walk through the markets of Bridgetown and find all the best local spots. Highly recommend. You can book pick up and drop off as well as part of your tour and our driver Alan was great too. Recommend for anyone whether you are travelling solo, in a couple or group. If you are a foodie this tour is for you.

5.00The Perfect Blend of History, Culture, and Delicious Island Eats We booked this food and history tour with friends to learn about Barbados' culture and sample some of their popular dishes. Our tour guide, Tammy, was fantastic! She was fun, incredibly knowledgeable, and perfectly matched the pace of our group. The guided walking tour took us through historic Bridgetown, where we tried over 6 island favorites. We stopped at a bakery to try beef pie, currant rolls, and sweet bread, and at another location, we sampled classic saltfish fritters and a nice rice dish with BBQ chicken. After stopping at a few other places, we ended the tour at an ice cream shop, which was perfect in the hot sun. along the way, Tammy shared fascinating stories about Barbadian history and gave us excellent insider recommendations on where to eat and what to order for the rest of our trip. I definitely recommend this tour if you are into food and history!

5.00Paulette was our amazing guide today. She was so engaging, so knowledgeable about the history and the food. Loved that we got to see the "real side" of Barbados. I'd highly recommend going on this tour, and you're in for a treat if Paulette is your guide. 10/10
