  This isn’t a cheap way to travel around Oslo, but it is well worth doing on your first day there. You can get your bearings, and see several attractions in one day, using your ticket. There is a commentary in English, but it is a little out of date, so you need to make allowance for that. You can get on and off as many times as you like.

  The Wi-Fi did not work despite posted signs. The narrative was informative. Waiting for the next bus was frustrating. Three buses didn’t stop.

  We did not get a QR code so they were not able to issue us a ticket so we were rejected @ the bus I demand that you should refund my money back

  We took this and did the 1.5 hr loop. Audio worked majority of time. We got off at the palace and then got back on to head to Reigland Park. Audio wasn't working. When we disembarked we told the bus driver who said he would reset it. We only spent 30 minutes at the park with the plan to catch the next bus so we coukd visit another stop. We waited an hour with no bus. Competitor's bus came by twice. When the bus finally arrived it was the same driver who had dropped us off. His excuse was traffic but since competitor's bus had come by twice, we didnt buy that. There were two times listed on the schedule that no bus showed up for. And the Audio came and went. Very disappointing as at this point we didn't have time to visit one of the stops we had hoped to. Would use public transportation next time.

  Please avoid this company / we do these tours in many places and this is our worst experience yet ! The first bus driver was an absolute maniac so we forbid and caught the next bus . Better driver but the audio didn’t work and when we advised the driver she did. Not care at all !! Avoid avoid avoid !!!

  A complete scam. The audio guide didn’t match what we were seeing at all, and the preset audio channels changed randomly. After paying a significant amount, we realized we had been misled, as the route could have easily been done on foot, and we had to wait more than 30 minutes between buses. The lack of kindness and the arrogance of the staff were striking, along with the overall disrespect towards tourists. At one of the stops, an employee of the company publicly confronted a passenger, accusing her for several minutes of underpaying, while the tourist insisted she had paid the correct amount. We were all left waiting while the employee tried to sort out her own incompetence. Even more, at one stop we had to wait till the driver was done with his phone scroll. Don’t fall for this company’s scam. It’s money thrown down the drain.
