  Lovely experience in Petrohue Jumps . Nice place to photograph and carry in the retinas unforgettable images. The snowy Osorno volcano, beauty from all places... from the boat, land and enjoying the snow.

  I had a very good experience with this tour. Jenny is very positive and energetic and friendly. The driver was very good and drove safely and I had no motion sickness. The tour was very pleasant but make sure you have both cards AND cash to pay for the other services listed as they are not included in the tour ( hence why it’s so cheap). The restaurant where we ate had decent food.   The tour with guide Nelly and Alex was excellent. We loved it. 1000000% recommended. We also love the tour to Peulla with the guide Fernando. This area is beautiful. The two tours were of high quality. 1000000% recommended.

  It was a wonderful experience our guides, Nelly and José behaved a 7 knew how to make the walk to make the most of each of the places, the information delivered was always very clear and they very loving in addition. Recommended 100% In addition Nelly also accompanied us to our tour a chiloe where the weather despite being rained was great we enjoyed it to the fullest and met beautiful places

  I am giving this a mixed review for a few reasons. First I want to say that the guides were absolutely wonderful. None of my issues have to do with them, as they were really accommodating, informative, friendly and flexible when we hit the bad weather. So context: my partner and I were in Puerto Varas only because we had come over the Cruce Andino from Argentina. We had a day to kill, and when I did several google searches for what to do in Puerto Varas - this is what came up (and that was reinforced when this was the main thing being sold at the tourist desk in our hotel). However, the day we did this it was pouring rain. That was not a problem when seeing the waterfalls - absolutely beautiful. But it was so foggy that when we got to the top of the volcano, you could see nothing. The tour even just stopped there, we took a funny pic with the whiteout, then got back in the van. So my take on this tour? If it is bad weather then don't do it - not worth it. But I'd also add: I didn't look into the cost of renting a car and doing this ourselves. That may have been a better idea, as it turns out there are other walks in the national park we could have done if we had the time/opportunity. So mixed review: good tour guides, worthwhile if there is nice weather, but if you have the opportunity to rent a car and do it yourself, that's probably a better option.
