Immersed in a centuries-old olive grove, you will have the almost unique opportunity to walk in the vineyards of Ottavianello, Impigno and Francavidda, minor vines that have almost disappeared, and to visit the medieval hypogeum.

Once you arrive at the company, you will be welcomed by a sommelier who will guide you to discover the vineyards of the two Ostuni DOCs and the medieval underground oil mill. After the walk, there will be a tasting of 4 of the company's wines accompanied by a selection of typical local products.

Ilaryia was a wonderful tour guide. Unfortunately, the weather didn’t cooperate and we had to run inside. The wine tastings and typical Puglian foods were all delicious and described perfectly. I highly recommend this tour

Very nice tasting and tour. The olive cellar was very special to see. Ilaria speaks good English. Wines and the antipasti are definitely worth it. Very tasteful!

We had the most wonderful experience at the vineyard. Ilaria was knowledgeable, warm and encouraging that we have the best experience ever. The walk around the farm was lovely to learn about the agricultural of the Paulgia region. The wine tasting itself was delicious! She spoke highly about their process, the notes and tastes of each wine. We were able to buy a couple bottles to bring along with us on our trip. The food pairings were fantastic and authentic to who they are. Ilaria was also helpful in offering some her favorite foodie places to visit while traveling in the region, which we checked out and loved!

Ilaria was an amazing host and guide through the beautiful estate consisting of vineyards and a historical olive oil processing cave among other fruit trees and estate features. Ilaria is an expert on wine and a Sommelier which makes her a perfect host. Additionally, we were served authentic Apulian food, some of which were made from Ilaria’s mother. We throughly enjoyed our time on the estate and highly recommend it.

This was a last minute thought that turned out to be a highlight of our trip! Ilaria was gracious, welcoming, and very informative. It is very apparent how much she loves what she does, and appreciates the property! The property is stunning, and it is a hidden gem with incredible history. Thank you!

lovely location surrounded by Mediterranean greenery, surrounded by centuries-old olive trees and rare vineyards such as francavidda and ottavianello. Interesting and exhaustive tasting conducted by master sommelier Ilaria. Definitely worth repeating. I highly recommend it.
