In this experience you will be welcomed by me and my family in our country house in Ostuni, Puglia, and under our Guide you will learn to cook as well as handmade pasta, appetizers and typical desserts, even the tricks that make the difference in our culinary tradition!
Relax by discovering the slowness of creating handmade pasta and the quality of simplicity.
This experience is perfect for both adults and children.
If possible, depending on the season, we will harvest and use the vegetables and fruits from our garden.
Obviously after cooking we will taste together the results of our work.
At the end of the experience you will receive the recipes of the dishes so you can propose them at your home when you want!

Alcoholic beverages will be served to those over 18 years of age.
As a non-alcoholic alternative to alcohol we offer Fanta.
When booking, please specify any food intolerances or allergies.
In case of animal allergies there is a cat in the house.
We offer transportation service to and from Ostuni in case of lack of car with additional price according to distance.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
During the activity we will cook traditional recipes (starter, main course, dessert) sipping a glass of wine (or a non-alcoholic drink) and finally we will taste together what has been prepared.

We had a great time with our host family. The cooking experience was informative, but the time spent enjoying the meal together was wonderful. We spent time exchanging questions and answers about our countries ,cultures, and politics. The time spent together was delightful and we were made to feel right at home

It was wonderful to be invited into a real Italian family home. To be taught that less is more with the fresh ingredients from the garden I would recommend it to anyone interested in making authentic pasta and sauces while learning techniques that significantly impact the quality and taste of pasta.

What an incredible time! Our two young girls were very excited and enjoyed themselves. The food was delicious after we were all done. We loved how authentic the class was and how wonderful our hosts were to our family. We enjoyed wine, conversation, and laughter.

We had the most incredible Apulian home-cooking experience thanks to Agnese and Angela. We made two starters—fried sage and acpua sala—two pasta dishes—orecchiette with ricotta and walnuts, and tagliatelle with tomatoes—and for dessert, tiramisu! We then shared the meal together over wine. It was such a pleasure to learn about typical Apulian life and traditions, and we felt so warmly welcomed into their home. We highly recommend this authentic experience!
