My friend and I kept reminding ourselves that we were hiking a volcano in ECUADOR! There was not a single bad view through the whole walk/hike. Going through the artisan village was amazing and seeing the shop owner work and show us how she made everything and dyed the fabrics made of alpaca wool, using all-natural dyes was amazing as well. Bargaining through the market in Otavalo was fun as well. Our guide, Diego was very communicative and informative. I will be recommending him to friends for sure!

Great 2 day experience in the Cotocachi area. It included everything in addition to a fabulous guide, Diego, who taught us so much about all things Ecuadorean - flora & fauna, geology, indigenous cultures, customs, foods, economy, government & much more. There was no topic Diego couldn’t discuss proficiently in English! We learned SO much!

We really enjoyed this trip. Thank you so much to Carolina for constantly being in touch with me via Whatsapp to coordinate all the logistics and make sure we had a great experience... We really enjoyed the Otavalo trip with Eduardo, he took good care of us. Francisco did a really great job taking us on our Lake Cuicocha hike. He was extremely knowledgeable and really humorous and made the day really enjoyable for us and took care of everything. He made us really feel welcome and was a pleasure to talk to.
