4.00Big Mama was an excellent guide throughout our Acatenango hike. My wife wasn’t feeling well on the way up, which made the hike take longer for her than it normally would, but he remained incredibly patient the entire time. He never rushed her and constantly encouraged and motivated her to keep going. Once we reached base camp, he continued checking on her to make sure she was doing okay, and he even followed up the next day. His kindness, professionalism, and genuine concern for the well-being of everyone in the group made a big difference in our experience. We truly appreciated having him as our guide and would highly recommend him to anyone hiking Acatenango.

5.00I had a great time. Franklin and Johnny were brilliant guides. And were very flexible with working around some bad weather to make sure everybody got to have the best experience possible. They also did an amazing job at keeping our large group together and safe on the way up and down the mountain.
