5.00Having already walked through Panama City's old town, we were a little leery of riding bikes through it, however the tour felt completely safe, and the majority of it was away from car-filled roads. Our tour guide was knowledgeable and friendly and we really enjoyed ourselves.

The route was perfect—riding along the Cinta Costera with views of the ocean and skyline was unreal, and going through Casco Viejo gave a great mix of history and culture. The pace was comfortable, so you can enjoy the scenery without feeling rushed. The guide was knowledgeable, friendly, and made the whole experience feel personal. I learned a lot about the city while still having fun and staying active. The bikes were in great condition, and everything felt safe and well-organized. Whether you’re into fitness, sightseeing, or just want a unique way to explore the city, this is 100% worth it. If you’re visiting Panama City, I highly recommend adding a bike tour to your itinerary—you’ll see way more than you would on foot.

5.00Our entire family with 3 teenagers loved this tour. We learned so much about the history from our guide while making stops along the way. We rode through Old Town and along the waterfront. The tour was well paced. Definitely recommend!

5.00A fantastic experience with Carlos and a great way to see the city. The old city was beautiful. The cycle along the beach was a great insight and we stopped at the fish market for cervice and beer. A great way to complete the tour. Definitely recommend

5.00There were only three of us including the guide, which made it much easier to navigate through some of Casco Viejo's busy streets. Riding through Cinta Costera was a bit challenging due to the wind, but it provided some great views of the city. Our guide Pierre was very friendly as well, and he shared some facts about Panama that weren't covered on my other walking tour. Bring sunblock (and extra water if you have it), be ready to work your legs, and you'll have a great time!

1.00It was a zero. Driver could not the locate the tour location & spoke with several locals. Spoke to a bike rental in the old town area you they were not familiar with them.

5.00Perfect way to see Old Town & the New City!! Carlos was a great guide who took us to all the vantage points around Old Town plus great exercise riding for over 6 miles (10k) on mostly flat ground. We stopped for some delicious ceviche at the fish market and cold beer at the end. Highly recommended and a great way to get the lay of the land.
