4.00If you don't speak spanish and have difficult in the airport when your luggage was lost, the driver was able to communicate with airport personnel and retrieved the lost items by communicating with right people.That was an added advantage for us to have private arrival transfer.The ride was not that comfortable.

2.00TERRIBLE communication. TERRIBLE description. Actually worked out great. Our driver was waiting for us by baggage claim, which here is inside the airport. I just can't understand why they never once replied to emails. I received a thing saying that I had to click on it so I could email them, which I did. I emailed them 4 times, up to 2 weeks prior to the trip. I just wanted to know how I was supposed to communicate with them if my phone didn't work in Panama. I had to call Viator 3 times. That's not an easy task either. They don't publish their phone number at all on their website. But you can get the number for Viator if you search for sites that hate Viator. Then you are on hold for a half hour before you get to talk to someone who also tries to call this company. They have the same results no reply. No answer, even on their emergency number.
I would give this company 5 stars if they learned how to communicate. Our driver was holding a sign with our name. He took us right to the hotel. Despite what everyone thinks. they don't speak English here. Only about 10 of the people we met spoke English. Even at the hotel. Uber is everywhere and is half the cost of taxis, which are already cheap. The cost of a nice taxi would be about 25-30. Our hotel charged 40 for airport transfer. So getting BACK to the airport is no big deal. You do however, need to allow a LOT of time. Traffic is unbelievable from 8-1030am and 330-6pm M-F. Seriously BAD.
So communicate and get more stars. Seriously, it's half your job and you don't do it at all? Wow.

2.00For the same price we could have gotten a better private tour in a nice vehicle with a better English speaker. We also had an expensive airport transfer solution you provided. I cut the cost in half (and again - a private ride in a nice vehicle) going back to the Airport.
As it is we perceived you to be an expensive solution with no "added value".
I know you guys need to make money but providing sub-standard service for a higher price is kind of a deal killer. I probably won't use your service again. Sorry
