1.00viator and/or the tour provider should have informed us that uber drivers were not allowed in the cruise port terminal parking/pickup area. as a result we never got do the tour as we could not find a service to take us to the pickup hotel location in time to do the tour. very poor execution by all parties! as a result, we were charged full fare for the tour anyways. not very professional...

1.00We had a tour confirmed for 10:30 am. The night before the tour company wrote to say the tour was now at 1:00 pm without any consideration of our schedule. We had to rearrange our our entire day because of this. Very disappointing experience. Book with someone more reliable.

5.00Thanks to Yenny we were able to see the beautiful site of Panama City in a short amount of time. We really enjoyed the stories of the city as well as the visit to the Cafe store where samples of the best coffee were given. We highly recommend this tour!

1.00Guided never showed up. Also didn’t respond when I contacted them through the viator app. Viator did respond after I contacted them separately, a refund is in the works. However I obviously didn’t get the tour.

5.00This activity was perfect to start our adventure in Panama. We took this tour on our first day and we were able to learn a lot not only about the city but also the country and what awaited us on our week-long adventure through Panama and its beautiful beaches. If you have the opportunity you should take this tour at the beginning of your trip.

5.00Thanks to Yenny we were able to enjoy a beautiful walk through the old town. We visited several churches, including the cathedral and also several squares and shops that complemented the experience very well. At each stop our guide had an interesting story to tell. I definitely recommend this activity if you have a free day in Panama.

5.00Panama City is a beautiful place and with this walking tour we were able to learn a little more about it. Yenny was an excellent guide and she was very attentive to our questions and curiosities. My favorite part of the tour was the visit to the Cathedral, since it is a very beautiful building with impressive architecture. We were lucky to be able to enter and also see its interior.

5.00We had fun and learned a lot during this walking tour of the old town of Panama City. This city is a great contrast between the old part, the center and the rest of the city. Yenny, our guide, took us to the main attractions and explained the history of the city to us in detail. At the end of the tour we were able to ask her for recommendations for the rest of our day.
