Brimstone Hill Fortress National Park
The Brimstone Hill Fortress is a steep volcanic hill which is nearly 800 feet high with steep and precipitous slopes overlooking the Caribbean Sea, This is a fascinating UNESCO World Heritage site and feat of engineering. Designed by the British and built by African slaves, the fortress was finished in 1790 after 100 years of construction.

Once a slave-holding sugar plantation, the 17th-century Romney Manor has been given new life as one of the island’s most beloved local crafts boutiques, Caribelle Batik. While here, make time to explore the grounds featuring gorgeous tropical botanical gardens and a host of ancient Carib petroglyphs on lava rocks.

3.00The tour guide ,Vere , was very informative & funny but I booked it to run from 9:30 to 2:00. Vere stated it would run to 3:30. We left the tour & took a cab back to the ship. Didn’t like the restaurant for lunch at all! The bus trip was very winding & steep, I got nauseous! This wasn’t mentioned in the app

5.00The views were incredible. The service provided from Vere was exceptional. We did have an unexpected issue with the bus while on tour. He handled it nicely and efficiently. While he was able to accommodate all on the trip, I would recommend that the cruise passenger gets be on a separate tour from those staying on the island due to the time constraints. Otherwise, excellent

5.00I booked this tour because it was less expensive than the ones from the cruise ship and it was a smaller amount of people. Vere showed up on time, was extremely knowledgeable and got us back to the port in plenty of time. It was just our family of 4 and another couple so it was easy to ask questions and provide input. The local lunch was incredible! We had one hour at the beach, so we didn’t pay for the expensive chairs. It’s not uncommon for establishments in the Caribbean to charge to use the restrooms unless you’re a paying customer. We managed and didn’t need to pay for anything extra, but I did wish I had remembered to bring towels from the ship. Vere is extremely knowledgeable about the history, vegetation and animals of St Kitts. I feel like we were able to learn and see so much on our tour. We all enjoyed it and got some great photos.

5.00Loved this excursion! You will definitely see the entire island highlights. Personable and friendly guide who gave lots of information throughout the tour. The food was wonderful and the beach was a great end to the day. Totally recommend this excursion if you want to see some great views of the island and learn lots of history!

5.00Vere, our guide was waiting for us, on time, ready and waiting for us outside the cruise terminal. It was a small group which, for us, was great. It's a very good tour and our guide was knowledgeable but also had humour. We liked all of the tour particularly Romney Manor which also had a Caribelle Batik demonstration and shop. Wonderful items in the shop. Some guests were dropped off at a beach during the tour and the guide even gave them extra time and also he gave us extra time on the tour. Returned to the pier well before the ship sailed.

5.00Our tour guide was great. Saw beautiful things and swam in gorgeous water. The fort was so cool. Would absolutely do this again GREAT for cruise travelers! Made this stop awesome.

5.00This tour took you to the top sightseeing spots on the island. Our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable about the history, floral/fauna and best photo ops on the island. He was personable and interactive with our small group. We very much enjoyed this tour and highly recommend it to others. Lunch was at a local spot and everyone in our group thought it was delicious. Simply can not recommended this tour enough!
