Brimstone Hill Fortress National Park
The Brimstone Hill Fortress is a steep volcanic hill which is nearly 800 feet high with steep and precipitous slopes overlooking the Caribbean Sea, This is a fascinating UNESCO World Heritage site and feat of engineering. Designed by the British and built by African slaves, the fortress was finished in 1790 after 100 years of construction.

Once a slave-holding sugar plantation, the 17th-century Romney Manor has been given new life as one of the island’s most beloved local crafts boutiques, Caribelle Batik. 5.00Very informative. You will receive a wealth of information about the history of the island and visit numerous historical landmarks. There are several opportunities for photos. Lunch was scrumptious which was included in our tour. Our tour guide, Vere was awesome.

5.00We were a little nervous at the start, because we couldn’t find our tour leader. As it turned out, there were only four of us in our tour. He arrived a few minutes before our scheduled departure time, but the other couple didn’t arrive until a bit later. He asked if he would wait, and we said sure and did a little shopping in the meantime. Once underway, we had a great time. Vere was our driver and he knows the island well, sharing a lot of personal experience and a healthy knowledge of the islands flora and fauna. One of the reasons we picked the tour was because it was extensive, so we saw the entire island, made several stops, including the Batik factory and the mountaintop fort. We also stopped for a delicious lunch and we were still able to spend an hour at the beach. Thoroughly enjoyable.

2.00When you book a tour people check the itinerary and reviews from people who have tried it. I read the reviews which is 1 reason why I picked this tour but we were all disappointed. We were suppose to go to Carambola Beach Club but we were brought to a very ugly beach. The beach had nothing in it and we had no place to stay. If the beach was part of the tour then you should provide a space for us to stay and relax. The food was not great as well. The tour guide had to switch places 2x. If you are changing something from the itinerary, you need to make sure everyone agrees to it. You just don’t decide on your own. For sure Carambola Beach Club has an entrance fee and instead the guide brought us to a place where he didn’t have to pay anything. Worst tour ever. We could have just stayed on the cruise ship and not wasted our say in St. Kitts!!!!
If you only have time to do one thing on the island make it a tour with Isaac’s you won’t regret it.

5.00Isaac’s tours are fun informative great value I highly recommend. We didn’t arrive by cruise and our amazing guide Vere collected us from the Collisium guest house promptly. Vere’s love for the island and his extensive knowledge made the trip special. We saw all the highlights of the island in a relaxed comfortable way. Plenty of ice cold drinks were served through out the tour and we had a delish lunch at a lovely local bar. If you only have time to do one thing on the island make it a tour with Isaac’s.

5.00Great customer service! We did an island tour and saw the most breathtaking sights of the island. We were able to have a delicious local lunch, and then unwind on a pristine beach. This tour had so many stunning views and rich culture. We definitely look forward to book again next year when we get back to your island St.Kitts.!

5.00We chose this tour, as it offered us a full island tour of St. Kitts. Upon arriving via ship, our tour guide, Vere greeted us. He was waiting for us. Vere was very knowledgeable. He told us about some of the history in St. Kitts, he told us all about the vegetation, and engaged us with questions and answers. We visited all of the promised sites, and a little more. Vere was happy to take pictures of us at some of the most breathtaking sites on the island. We ended our day with a delicious lunch and time at the beach. We highly recommend Isaac Tours and Vere for your adventure on St. Kitts! We had the best day with Vere on St. Kitts!
