Brimstone Hill Fortress National Park
The Brimstone Hill Fortress is a steep volcanic hill which is nearly 800 feet high with steep and precipitous slopes overlooking the Caribbean Sea, This is a fascinating UNESCO World Heritage site and feat of engineering. Designed by the British and built by African slaves, the fortress was finished in 1790 after 100 years of construction.

1.00Such a bad experience I dont know where to start. Poor communication with the staff involved and a tour guide thst did not want to be doing a tour made for a stressful day. Stay away from this tour company!

5.00Fantastic way to discover St. Kitts. This was a great tour with a guide who knows the history of the Caribbean and who clearly loves his home island. Floria & fauna were also his specialty. Vere (hope I'm getting his name right) would frequently stop his van to jump out to grab some fruit for us to sample or to grab some leaves for us to do a "sniff and guess." My favorite was cinnamon. Everything promised, including history, culture, views beach, etc. was delivered . Oh, and the lunch was a treat!

4.00The tour guide met us on time right outside the entrance to the pier. He was quite knowledgeable about the local vegetation, trees, fruits and such. He stopped often along the route to pluck something from a tree and bring it inside the vehicle for us to smell and study. Some of the sights mentioned in the tour description that I thought we were stopping at were drive-bys with descriptions by the guide/driver. WE did not stop at the eco-park but did learn a lot about the island's plants and animals from the guide. We were dropped off at the lava rocks and Brimstone Hill fortress without much explanation of either. The lunch was delicious. The beach stop was at a beach club that charged $5 to use the restroom unless you wanted to buy an extraordinarily expensive drink. To get a chair or umbrella were also high charges. Nothing at the beach was included by the tour company. It was, however, a beautiful beach. It's possible this is not the beach that the tour company usually uses due to the holiday weekend. The tour lasted longer than the tour description and, all in all, was an enjoyable experience.

5.00Great tour all the way around the island. We loved Brimstone Hill Fortress. The lunch was great. We had the fresh fish option and loved it. Would definitely do this excursion again.

5.00Look for Issac tour when you get off the boat. Our tour guy is friendly and accommodating. He is very knowledgeable about the island. He spent extra time to help us understand the culture and food of the island. He picked the exotic fruits for us and we loved it. Lunch was delicious. The van was spacious and comfortable. Thank you for making our trip on the island fun and memorable

5.00This was one of the best tours we have been on. Our guide Vere was great he was very knowledgeable and also tested our knowledge of plants. Beautiful Island. Lunch was also good. I would recommend this tour to others.
