We pick-up from all locations on the island of St. Thomas. This booking is for one-way private transport from the Cyril King Airport to the Morning Star Bouy Haus at Frenchman's Reef, the Frenchman's Reef area among other resorts which also includes Westin Beach Resort at Frenchman's Reef, Marriott Cove, Bluebeards, Bolongo Bay, Limetree, Mafolie Hotel etc. To do a round-trip booking, rebook the same listing and let us know departure details. We will send all the driver details via a message on Viator/TripAdvisor prior to your arrival. Airport Pick-ups: Your pick-up location will be outside the Cyril E. King Airport baggage claim glass doors. Your private driver, a large passenger van will pick you up outside Baggage Claim. The driver will give you a call or text on landing. If there are any changes in the driver, he will contact you. We ask that you remember to take your phone off airplane mode, so that our driver can contact you. Notice: Our small, but mighty airport is under construction. We ask for your patience at this as sometimes our drivers are asked to park their vehicles at another location or move their vehicles and they may be delayed as they drive around to make way for the construction vehicles. The driver will make every effort to contact you, to let you know. Hotel Pick-ups: The driver will meet you in the lobby, in front your villa, condo, Airbnb at the reserved time. Ferry/ Boat Pick-ups: The driver will meet you in front of the Ferry Terminal/ Marina upon arrival. Transport to the Westin Beach Resort at Frenchman's Reef, Marriott Cove, MorningStar Bouy Haus Beach Resort, Mafolie Hotel will be anywhere between a 20 to 25 minutes depending on traffic and place of pick-up.

5.00We came back from Redhook and stayed at the Westin Frenchmans reef and had a great time. We used Paradise for our airport 🛫 ride and now for our hotel ventures from redhook and around island. They are great and oh so nice. We recommend then to all families 👪

5.00On time and great services. His vehicle was a Mercedes Sprinter and ice cold with perfect AC for this weather. We reached the destination in 20 min. Paradise is the way to go.

5.00My family and I used Paradise Taxi our whole duration of our vacation. My main driver was Kalid and he was a remarkable driver/tour guide. Kalid made us feel comfortable, welcome and safe throughout our experiences. Every driver we encountered on this vacation from Paradise Taxi were super hospital but Kalid stood out and became like family to my family. He went above and beyond to make this family occasion very memorable and I will return one day and wouldn't want my next visit to be more or less!!!

1.00Turns out they were 30 minutes late. At that point, we decided to take another taxi. The taxi we took ended up being from the same company. When then found out that our original driver instead of meeting us at the hotel, went to the airport instead, in spite of the fact the order placed said to pick us up at the hotel. As it turned out, instead of a private direct ride to the airport, we made two stops…one at another nearby hotel, and a second to downtown to drop off two customers for shopping. We have requested a refund since we did not receive what we paid for, and that we came very close to missing our flight.

3.00Unorganized and not the best with communication. luckily the driver we ended up getting was very nice and he came to pick us up when the original person didn’t. It was upsetting to know i didn’t have to book this prior to arrival and couple gotten a taxi at the airport for much cheaper.

1.00Our transfer's from the airport was fine . Driver was friendly and on time. The SCAM came later when we called the same company (PARADISE TAXI/TOURS) and they charged us $150 for a round trip (maybe ONE mile) transport to a nearby restaurant. I called the company the next day to report this issue and talked to the manager. I never got a followup call.

2.00Alex our driver as great! Unfortunately a lady hit his van while he was taking us to our hotel. This delayed us getting to our hotel by 2 hours and caused great stress. I actually had a stress headache by the time we reached our hotel. What compensation does Paradise make for this experience?
