  This tour leaves from Cockleshell Beach which is 20-25 minute drive from the cruise port and you must find your own transportation. After getting to the meeting point early I was able to swim there before my excursion started. It is a popular spot with chairs and umbrellas for rent. One the excursion started we hopped on the boat and rode off quite far from the beach to a spot where the wind was good. The tour operators inflated the parasail and we were divided into groups based mostly on who you came with and weight. When it comes your time to parasail you walk onto the back of the boat with your safety gear already on and get hooked to a long metal bar. After that you sit down on the back of the boat and they increase the speed until you are lifted up then the electric winch gently raises you up in the air. Total air time is about 10 minutes or so. The rest of the time you are ride and watch other people go up. The tour operators are very safety conscious about the equipment and the weather. It is raining they wait about 5 minutes before sending anyone up because that is how long the typical rainy weather lasts. This is do to possible unexpected wind or updrafts and they want to keep everyone safe. My only complaint is that start of the tour was delayed about 30 minutes as we waited for people to arrive. This is out of their control but it did make me miss my prearranged taxi back to the port so I had to find another driver to take me back to port.

  Amazing experience. The guides were very safety conscious. The views are spectacular and the boat ride was a lot of fun!

  Flying high was amazing!! We were a little apprehensive about parasailing & so happy to say it was a fantastic experience! The crew were so good at running everything & making sure we were going to have a good time. Go, go, go with this crew!! We saw turtles & beautiful island views & feeling like you’re flying is NOT overrated!! So much fun.

  I’m a student on the island and I booked this when my best friend came to visit me. It was amazing and we saw sea turtles in the water while we were up in the air. It was both our first time parasailing and I felt very calm and safe and was able to sit back and enjoy the scenery. The staff were very professional and fun. 10/10 recommend!

  I jumped at the chance to go parasailing in St. Kitts as I had loved it when I went 20 years ago and this time I had two friends who went with me. We were able to go from our favorite spot where we were spending the day at Reggae Beach. Conditions were perfect for it. We felt safe and got to see some turtles and flying fish from the air. It was fun being lowered into the water up to our thighs briefly but I would have loved to go back up after that instead of being pulled back in to the boat. We were only up for 10 minutes and I had requested when I reserved that we would like a longer ride and I should have reiterated this to the boat captain before our ride. It appeared we were the only ones that booked at our time so it wasn’t like they had to get more rides in. I think for the price of $130pp we should have gotten 15-20 minutes. Overall it was a very fun and exhilarating experience but just too short!

  Another item off the bucket list and I was able to do it with my daughter. The parasail took us up to a beautiful view of St. Kitts and Nevis. The extra treat was seeing several sea turtles swimming back to St Kitts. The staff was great.

  Parasailing was fun! Even my 72yo mom enjoyed it. Safety was a priority and we got some great pics . We even did another activity with the company right after and it was great as well! Vibes 10/10

  Captain Diamond is a very responsible, safe boat driver. We had to reschedule our ride to another day because of stormy conditions, but were eventually able to complete our exciting parasail ride. The equipment was in very good condition and the sail was really colorful, which made for great photos and videos. Overall, it was a peaceful, but exhilarating experience that I highly recommend.

  Fun and beautiful seeing the island from what up top and very friendly operated and you can stop at the reggae bar afterwards for a drink and hang out at the beach

• Fun Family Adventure with a Few Things to Keep in Mind

  Our family recently went on this parasailing excursion, and it was a memorable experience—especially for the kids, who had an amazing time. The crew did a solid job managing the logistics of the parasailing itself. They were attentive to details like participant weight and the order in which people went up, which helped everything run smoothly and safely for those parasailing. There were a couple of things to be aware of, though. One child from another family got seasick during the trip, which created a bit of chaos on the boat as the crew juggled cleanup, passenger comfort, and the parasailing activity. While this wasn’t the operator’s fault, it’s something future guests might want to be prepared for—especially if traveling with young or sensitive passengers. Also, we noticed that life jackets were being shared among participants. I’m not sure if this was due to limited supply or just a matter of convenience, but it did raise a small question about safety equipment availability. It is taking note and asking before going out. Overall, it was a fun and scenic outing that our family will remember fondly. Just a couple of things to keep in mind to make the most of your experience!
