Spend a morning exploring Montmartre, Paris' charming village with incredible views of the city, through its food. As you venture through the hills of the 18th arrondissement with a local guide, you'll discover the neighborhood's unique atmosphere and history. Once the home of famous artists like Picasso and van Gogh, you'll see how Montmartre's past as a creative haven lives on in through its bakeries, bistros, and cafes. Try traditional French cuisine like pastries, delicious cheeseboard offerings, escargot and more as you sip on uniquely French wines at 5 eateries loved by both visitors and locals.

Starting on the north side of the hill, your first stop will be a traditional Parisian boulangerie where they’ve been serving the locals with freshly baked goods for generations. This is the perfect spot for a bite of breakfast. You’ll sample either freshly baked bread, a flaky croissant or chou pastry while hearing more about the specifics that make a simple French breakfast so irresistible!

Davide was amazing, great mix of humor and knowledge of both food and history of Montmartre. We tasted some incredible dishes and things I wouldn’t have tried on my own. Highly recommend.

Toma was an excellent guide! I would highly recommend her (and this tour). We were looking for something a bit different to do on this trip after doing some of the most popular tours (Louvre, Musee D’Orsay, Notre Dame, etc). This gave us a great sense of a different neighborhood and a very local feel. The food was all authentic and great, and Toma did a wonderful job explaining the food and why it was chosen (along with the shop/restaurant owner). I did this tour with my 80 year old parents and 16 year old daughter. There was something for everyone . And while there was a bit of walking (and in the heat), Toma did not rush us and went at our pace. Finally, it’s worth mentioning that she took us around the back way to Sacre Coeur (to see it) and it provided a wonderful view for photos. Again, she was great, the tour was fun, highly recommend!
