2.00We were very excited about this tour as we were a group of 9 (adults & children) visiting from Chicago. They requested us to arrive 30 minutes early, we could not initially find the gentleman to check in and when we did, we just stood there for over 20 minutes. We were then informed our tour was starting late as our guide was running late. We booked an English tour at 2:45 PM for 55 minutes. The tour began at 3:05 and ended at 3:55, so a few minutes early and there were over 20 people on our tour. The biggest issue was that we could not understand our tour guide, she seemed knowledgeable & nice but her English was not clear at all despite having the audio headset. When we asked her to repeat, we still unfortunately could not understand her. Overall, I was highly disappointed with Crown Tours being that they are highly rated and one of the more costly options, which I was hoping would provide our large group with a good experience. Their tour group sizes were too large, inefficient and worst of all we came away with little to no information on the Park.
