We had two tours with Endre and one with Lilla. All of them were very interesting and both the guides were extremely well prepared, enjoyable and fun. Time flowed super fast even when Andrew talked about the Jewish Ghetto which was supposed to be a heavy theme. We learned so many new things about actuality and we would 100% recommend this experience to anyone wanting to get to know the city deeply and in an enjoyable way. It’s also very useful to find tips about the best sightseeing spots and recommendations about bars and restaurants.

The tour was such an interesting introduction into the history of the Jewish quarter, the main synagogues of the city, as well as the tragedy of the Hungarian Jews during the Nazi occupation of Hungary. The tour was very nicely set up, starting with the initial arrival of Jews in Hungary and ending with the current state and development of the Budapest Jewish Quarter. Our tour guide, Eszter was very knowledgeable, friendly, and always ready to assist us and answer any questions we had. I would definitely recommend touring with her.
