We waiting in line for 25 mins because no one could find our reservation. It was through a third party so the girl said it was because there email was not working properly. Then we didn’t get in to eat until 445 which only gave us 15 mins to eat which we only got to go through the line once before they shut it down. I feel it was too expensive for not really getting an “all you can eat” because we were held up.

We went to this show after doing Pirates the night before… a tough act to follow. Paula needs to call Dolly and get her help. I was impressed by how clean the facility is kept. However, the food was just ok. It was difficult to carry our plates and drinks, especially with kids plates to help with- there are no trays. The green beans were SO salty it would cause instant high blood pressure in the healthiest person. A staff person came by asking “How do you like everything?” And I told her. She was shocked to get actual feedback and didn’t know what to say. She was like “umm ok I’ll tell someone (with power) at a later time”. Business advice: never ask how things are if you have no intention on fixing them. You eat on paper plates before the show and then relocate to bleachers. Don’t dillydally or you’ll get terrible seats. The bleachers have cushions and back support, but still are bleachers and you are crammed in. I was told “all the seats are good” but that was a big ol’ lie. There are two enormous pillars blocking the view. So sit front and center. Almost all the good seats were reserved by a school group so we didn’t stand a chance. From the back we could not see the top of the pole the lumber jacks climb which is the best skill demonstrated. The stadium is shaded but has solid walls on three sides blocking the breeze. There are large fans on the ceiling but staff didn’t bother to turn them on. So it’s a hot box that eventually fills with exhaust from chain saws… queue your asthma attack. We visited in April so I imagine June would be torturous. The show has a slooooww start but is overall enjoyable to see the “competition”. They had two token women in the show who were impressive in skill and strength but they make them wear short shorts. Why? What kind of show is this? Meanwhile the men are fully clothed. This show is perfectly on theme for the region, an excellent concept with poor execution. Even some of the performers look apathetic. Despite all this, I was not upset that we spent time there; we had a nice evening. However, if you can only go to one dinner show, go to Pirates for the “wow” factor and comfortable facility where every seat truly offers an excellent view.

We went there with a party of 31 back at the beginning of March. First, they were great to coordinate via email and allowed us to adjust our party size as needed with communication between myself and them. Michael Kagel was great to work with. Second all of the staff from the moment we walked in to our were great. They were kind, friendly, helpful, displayed patience, and took time to make us feel like VIPs. Third, food was the best of the dinner shows I have gone too (chicken/pork, cream soup, veggies, apple fritter seem to be everywhere else). Most of us went back for seconds and thirds. Our party was given our own room but there was plenty of space and the kids enjoyed moving around a bit until it was time to go into the show. Their buffet line is simple, but delicious and it feels like you are getting a dinner and not just a meal. Fourth, it was raining but the covering of the show made it work and we stayed dry. The show went on and it got better when the rain stopped. It is outside but we had coverage and in the front rows we still stayed dry. They do a good job of audience participation and getting everyone excited. There is a nice intermission in the middle so you can go to the bathroom and get more food. Everyone thanked me and had a great time. I would recommend this to another group all day!

Food was Horrible...Just like all the other reviews. Food is a make shift buffet. Best thing on there was the Sister Shubert rolls....and they kept running out of them cause that's the only thing people were eating off the buffet. It was really bad and disappointing. Show was OK...but not worth the price of horrible food and cold weather.

The food is awful. Paula Deen is kicking herself for selling her name to this. Pork was dry, green beans were salty and mushy, corn was like deer corn, and instant mashed potatoes. We actually ate a light lunch thinking we were going to get “Paula Deen” food. Not it at all.

Show was great ! Pulled pork was the worst BBQ I ever had - dry and no flavor. (Think it comes in frozen, heat up as you go ) Canned green beans were good but salty, instant mashed potato’s were good (as far as instant mashed potatoes go) canned hominy was good. Buns were good for frozen (heat for 20 minutes at 350 and serve). Blondie with frosting wa San afterthought for a dessert. Dessert was laugh able. I will never eat anything or attend any show with Paula Deen listed in the name. The show was awesome, food terrible. Paula Deen is not concerned with the quality of food, she’s wringing very last dime out of the business she can.

I was so disappointed in the food. I have always heard how great her food is. Everything was too salty. They only had Pork as the meat- we do not eat pork products. We were given a fried rice substitute- and it was the best thing on the menu. The cake icing was too sweet to eat. Bummer

We’re visiting Pigeon Forge for a couple of days. We decided that we would surely enjoy a Paula Deen Dinner Show. The “all you can eat” buffet wasn’t good. The meat was extremely dry and actually stuck in throat. The rest of the buffet was pretty basic. We arrived 15 minutes early and they were closing the buffet. We had no time to eat. We thought we’d get good food at Paulo’s Deen’s. The ax show was ok. Very short and kinda boring. We paid &$120. flor our tickets and, frankly, feel cheated. We’d like to be refunded.
