One of the better one is Kek Lok Si, better described as the largest Buddhist's theme park in South East Asia. Learn all about Buddhism, Taoism and Confucianism at the temple. Eng was a warm, personable guide, who spoke English very well. His great knowledge of Penang made for a fun day visiting the best sights and imparting us with the history of this wonderful area. Communication was excellent and very organized. Good photographer too-took the best pictures of us. Highly recommended!

We had a great experience with our guide Eng! He taught us so much about the history and culture in Penang - things we would have never learned if we tried to see these sites without him. He also made sure to use the entire 6 hours effectively and when we had extra time at the end he took us to a fun Food museum based on our interests. He even had waters for us in the car to ensure we stayed hydrated. He also was sure to take many pictures of us at all the spots around town. Highly recommend!

The guide Mr Law was exceptional. He was patient in answering all our questions. He had in depth historical knowledge about the region and was able to pull the whole thing together and also regularly talking abt Singapore when he knew we lived there. He was considerate especially knowing I wasn’t able to walk as much. Once he was aware of my husband’s and mine somewhat different interests, he made sure that he covered both aspects. He has aroused my interest of history in the region and will be definitely following up with the reading when I get back.
