I’m a Tuscan born based in Val d’Orcia. I love simple, authentic, tasty food. I’ve been cooking for more than 20 years and I’ve managed one of the more populat restaurant of the area till 2022.
Now I’ve decided to provide professional and confidential service in total Home comfort.
You will have the opportunity to observe every step of the cooking preparations, to ask questions about the ingredients and the territory. I will take care of everything. I will shop from trusted local producers and I’ll also be delighted to suggest the best wine pairings, which can be purchased from wineries around Montepulciano and Montalcino. I will be happy to share my experience with you and give you advice and information about this area of Tuscany and about the activities and places to visit during your holiday.

COOKING CLASS The cooking class will last approximately 3 hours. We will start with the presentation of the class. During the class you will learn how to make fresh pasta in 3 different formats (ravioli, tagliatelle, spaghetti “alla chitarra”) seasoned with three sauces based on seasonal ingredients. At the end of the class you will sit at the table and taste the fruit of your labor. Like any traditional Italian meal, homemade tiramisu will be served. At the end of the cooking class I will send you a digital booklet with the recipes we prepared together so you can easily cook them once you get home PERSONAL CHEF SERVICE After having decided together the menu from the various proposals that I will have sent you, I will take care of everything. I will shop from trusted local producers and will will reach your property in advance to prepare the menu and set up the table . Your only job will be to relax with your guests while I’m cooking for you!

Wow! What an amazing experience. It was just my husband and I in our private villa in Montepulciano and we had so much fun. I can not eat dairy, so we opted for a private chef in order make sure it would work. She was extremely accommodating, creating delicious pasta dishes without dairy. She was patient, kind, and professional, knowledgable about the area. She followed up with recipes and instructions, so we will definitely be "attempting" to recreate the amazing pasta she helped us create. We can't say enough great things about her. Thank you Asia!

What happens when the private chef you've hired is not only brilliant in the cucina (kitchen), but also has a deep love of the people and places of Tuscany and Val D'Orcia? You receive an absolutely unforgettable and deeply satisfying culinary and cultural experience. It's impossible to describe how good her food tastes, and even more impossible to describe the warmth that she radiates to her guests. Because I was travelling solo, I hired her to fix my first meal upon arriving in Campiglia D'Orcia, and I described my likes and dislikes. I also asked her to make enough for me to have leftovers. Mama Mia! Dinner was a lesson in making meatballs with tomato sauce. I've never had a meatball that was so delicious and tender. The left-overs made for sides with eggs, with pasta, and a sandwich. And she loaded my refrigerator with homemade pea soup (the peas from her garden), chicken cacciatora, fabulous greens, fruits, and cheeses, all local. My advice: if you want to love a cooking/dining experience, Asia is the chef and cultural guide to hire... over and over again.

We had an incredible Tuscan dinner with Asia — easily the best meal we had in Tuscany. Every dish was outstanding, from the fresh local starter (tomatoes, bread, pesto, and stracciatella) to the most delicious pici with ragù, a perfectly cooked chicken and potatoes main, and an unforgettable tiramisu. Beyond the food, Asia made the experience truly special by sharing stories about the dishes and the region. She was warm, engaging, and a joy to spend the evening with. Don’t miss her wines — small-production, unique, and absolutely excellent.

My friend and I took Asias cooking class at the olive mill in Pienza and it was AMAZING. She is so knowledgeable and patient with her students and her passion is so evident in her skills. We made 3 different types of pasta and she made it so simple.

Asia and her team created a once in in a lifetime experience at the Villa. Her menu over the week was excellent! Regional, authentic, thoughtful. Our pasta making class was thorough and very accessible for our group who were first time pasta makers.

My wife and I had a private pasta-making class with Asia. I couln't recommend her enough!! A true expert and a wonderful teacher! The class included an apperitivo, 3 pasta courses and some wine. Everything was flawless and truly enjoyable. One of the major highlights of our entire trip in Italy.

Chef Asia communicated with us before we arrived and made arrangements to come to our accommodations. She arrived promptly and took over the kitchen. Our group of four prepared 3 pastas (with instruction). They were cooked with Asia’s sauces. The meal was delicious. The chef entertained us with delightful stories throughout. Dessert of tiramisu was fabulous. We had plenty of leftovers to enjoy for the rest of the week. Highly recommended activity. You won’t regret it!

We had Silvia for 3 nights, one including a pasta class. All the food was delicious. Silvia was really accommodating with one pescatarian and one gluten free desk, making extra meals when required. The pasta class was lots of fun and was delicious when we got to eat it. Silvia also make her own gluten free dough, which was delicious. We highly recommend Silvia. She is a great chef and is kind and attentive.

Wonderful cooking class in the heart of Tuscany! Chef Asia was warm and knowledgeable, teaching us to make authentic dishes with fresh local ingredients. A fun, hands-on experience and one of the highlights of our trip! She is very kind and knowledgeable, great with kids!

A recent trip to beautiful Tuscany included one of the most memorable experiences of the entire trip. Our group was very fortunate to have had a personal pasta making class with Asia. It was fun, instructive, experiential and delicious! Asia is a warm, engaging person and a wonderful teacher, with interesting stories to share and culinary expertise beyond compare. Our time with her exceeded our expectations and made for a most memorable! If you have an opportunity to have a class with Asia don’t miss it!
