5.00The whole day was perfect, the caves and boats were so amazing and spectacular. We were warmly picked up at our hotel by Jessica, she was amazing, and we had the best day with her showing us around. Would highly recommend. We booked a private tour and was well worth the extra. Overall we had an amazing day. Thanks Jessica for being the best guide.

5.00I did this caves tour from Dong Hoi! They contacted me in advance to arrange pickup and drop-off. Jessica was our guide—not your typical guide who just walks you through the facts. She did her best to engage all participants and create fun moments throughout the tour, making the experience truly memorable. Of course, the locations are marvelous, but it wouldn’t have been the same without her. The lunch was also delicious and served in generous portions. The tour surpassed all my expectations!
You can't do Vietnam without doing this experience!!

5.00This was the best experience I had my entire time in Vietnam. Lily was remarkable with her knowledge about the area and her sense is humor. She went out of her way to make sure everyone had a great time. Our entire group, even though none of knew each other, bonded and came away with friendships that will last a lifetime. From Paradise cave to ziplining and the dark cave, everything was well thought out and so much fun. This experience was aperfect 10!!

5.00Tra was a great guide, her English was very good and she told us lots of information about the caves and Vietnam in general. She also remembered my request for no mushrooms at lunch, which was appreciated. The caves themselves were amazing, I'll absolutely return to do the full day trip in Paradise cave (I didn't know there was a long break available until Tra told us) I really enjoyed the boat trip too. The only downside to the trip was one extremely rude guest, who was not very nice to several of us, which the tour company obviously can't control, but perhaps it would be worth considering a policy on how to handle guests like that in the future, as there may be some on the tour who would be really upset by what happened and it would negatively impact their experience. I'd highly recommend this tour and Tra as a guide, thank you for a great day!
