What to expect during the Bergen Photowalk The tour begins at 11:00 AM outside the Tourist Information at the Fish Market. Your guide, wearing the Apex Bergen logo, will give a short intro to composition, light, and how to get the most out of your camera or phone. You'll walk through Bergen’s historic center, visiting scenic locations like Bryggen, cobblestone alleys, colorful wooden houses, and viewpoints overlooking the harbor. At each stop, you'll get practical photo tips adapted to your level and gear. The walk takes about 2 hours, is mostly flat with some gentle slopes, and includes time for questions and feedback. Even beginners will leave with stronger skills and memorable photos. The tour also includes stories about Bergen’s history, architecture, and culture – making it engaging for both photographers and companions. We recommend good shoes and weather-appropriate clothing. The tour runs rain or shine.
