The Phuket Airport Fast Track offers a seamless and stress-free arrival or departure experience at Phuket International Airport. Skip the long lines at immigration with the fast-track service, allowing you to breeze through passport control and customs with ease. Upon your arrival, a personal airport representative will meet you as soon as you disembark, assisting you through the expedited immigration process.

After quickly clearing immigration, you will be guided to collect your luggage and be escorted to the exit

For your departure fast track, we will meet you outside the terminal and escort you all the way to your gate airside

Adult pricing applies to all passengers over 2 years 1 day on the date of travel for fast track.

Infant aged under 2 years old requires original birth certificate or Passport

All passengers 2 and over must pay fast track in advance. if there are extra passengers arrive and not accounted for, this will be cancelled with no refund.

For the question at checkout "Where would you like to be dropped off" please enter "Exit" or "Your Hotel Name" if you booked a airport transfer

For departure fast track, you can enter you details under "Arrival flight and time", as the reservations team will see this and reconfirm with you

Flight Delays - If your flight is delayed, there’s no need to notify us. Our airport guide will be informed, as we actively monitor flight schedules.

Flight Changes - If your flight number changes, kindly notify us at least 4 hours before your originally scheduled arrival so we can update the details accordingly.

The service was exactly as expected. We were meet at the entrance and escort to immigration and bypassed the massive line up. We were processed in less than 5 minutes, our guide collected our baggage and escorted us to our airport transfer.

Very smooth, professional and absolutely necessary. If you see the lines to clear immigration in the Phuket departure hall and not faint, you will definitely consider this expense worth your money. The fast track arrival was definitely worth every penny for my trip to Thailand. Got through customs less than 15 minutes. Very smooth process from being met at end of air bridge, luggage assistance and then escort to transport.

the price of time is up to the reader - I used this service upon arriving in Phuket. Someone was waiting for me when I exited the jetway (very nice and polite, took my bags) and I was through customs, arrivials area, and into a car to my hotel in about 15 minutes. Someone from the service provider stayed with me at all times until I got in the car (which was very nice by the way). I arrived on a Sunday morning and there was already a sizeable line at customs. I would definitely use this service again.

Easy and anxiety-free. She waited at immigration gate with my name card, and I bypassed hundreds waiting in line. Took less than a minute. Transfer car to hotel was seamless too.
