  This experience was NOT what I had planned nor paid for. First, upon booking my reservation it was stated that hotel pickup (my hotel was listed in the drop down menu) was included in the pricing. However, 24 hours before the excursion I received a text which states that my hotel is too far out hence I would have to pay an additional fee for pickup/dropoff. I asked why is this now communicated to me when I cannot cancel the excursion for a full refund and only left to pay the additional cost for pickup and not to lose my monies. The rep kept saying the hotel is too far out and refuse to answer my question of why this was not communicated before the 24 hours deadline. Second, we got picked up at 9am and was driven around for approximately 1 1/2 hours getting 6 other people. By the time the excursion started we had little time at each stops which was very underwhelming. Lastly, for an excursion like this I believe a lunch break should be included in the itinerary and remove the stops of irrelevant small stores selling wares that no one wants. Therefore, If you don’t mind paying for FALSE ADVERTISEMENT then go ahead and book them. Otherwise, I would recommend booking with a reputable outfit that stands behind the services that they honestly provide to clients of Viator.

  This was worth it you get slot for you money we only spend about 130$ and we was able to see not only tigers but elephants,and monkeys at the Buddha temple and got to go to a lot of random places I didn’t even know they would take us and got to see and do some fun things if your in to wildlife and culture this is for you if not and you don’t mind sitting in a van with some rude people it’s not to bad the driver was cool always on time our guide was great she was always there when we needed her the only issues we had was the elephant enclosure they took us to was not the good you can tell they are being abused and it was very sad and some couple literally tried to fight us over a seat but we from the Cali so we had to check em lol other than that it was dope

  We were picked up on time and we received everything promised. We did numerous activities and had a lot of fun.

  Amazing place and loved it!! I had pictures with the tigers and cheetah! The handlers we're friendly and answer all my questions!!

  The Temple,the tigers and meeting the elephants were all good,obviously at the moment the Big Buddha is still out of action so that was a big miss,I know these tour operators have to get revenue for some of these shops but we for us we wasted time at the Cashew nut factory,the Honey place and jewellery,we loved the Old Town but only had 1/2 hour there.Also took us 2 1/2 hours to get home because of traffic.

  Really nice experience. Learned new things about bees, honey and cashews. The tour was just the right amount of time. My son loved it.
