Once you land your personal assistant meets you at the skywalk and guides you through all formalities, including passing through Customs via the Premium Immigration Lane and navigating the Arrivals Hall. This premium service makes your arrival in Phuket as stress-free as possible.

All passengers 2 and over must pay fast track in advance. if there are extra passengers arrive and not accounted for, this will be cancelled with no refund.

For Fast Track Arrival from 00.00 - 05.59am there is a supplement of 500 Baht per person, minimum 2 people
For Fast Track Departure with Premium Lounge from 00.00 - 05.59am there is a supplement of 1300 Baht per person, minimum 2 people
Flight Delays - If your flight is delayed, there’s no need to notify us. Our airport guide will be informed, as we actively monitor flight schedules.
Flight Changes - If your flight number changes, kindly notify us at least 4 hours before your originally scheduled arrival so we can update the details accordingly.
Please be reminded that all travelers should complete the arrival card (TDA) online at least 3 days before arriving via this link: https://tdac.immigration.go.th/ If you forget, our guide will be happy to assist you in completing the TDA upon arrival, just before entering the fast track area.

5.00Exceptional service, on exiting the plane, in less than 5 minutes we passed passport control and skipped the line of ''a few hours'' at immigration. After such a long trip, it's money well spent!!

5.00We were met from the plane, escorted through immigration, the guys helped with our luggage, then got a taxi for us and put our bags into the cab, we were out of the airport in 20 mins.
Saved us at least an hour in the queue!!

5.00Wow !! The process worked exactly as planned. We were met and escorted to the arrivals immigration area. There must have been several thousand people there!! The whole area was full. We were escorted straight past all those people to a special entrance and processed straight away. Then our escort showed us where to pickup our baggage and the correct carousel. Fantastic service and well worth the cost !!

5.00Five-star service. We were met at the end of the air bridge upon arrival, as agreed. There were two people there: the first as the guide and the second as a porter. Everything went extremely smoothly. There were about 500 people waiting at immigration, but we were able to go straight through immigration in a separate line. I think we would have waited there for over an hour otherwise. Then we went to baggage claim, where the porter took our luggage. We then went to the exit, where the guide made sure we were safely directed to the taxi we had previously booked. I can't thank the company enough for the excellent service, which I would recommend to everyone. Thanks also to the people who guided us. We will definitely use this service again when we arrive in Thailand.

5.00The guy was waiting for me at the end of the jet bridge as soon as I deplaned, and I was through customs and immigration and at my taxi in six minutes time. To save me well over an hour of waiting in line.
