Punctuality: We must adhere to a strict schedule to accommodate all bookings. Late arrivals may result in a reduced ride time.

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, strong intermediate and advanced riders must demonstrate their ability to independently control their horse prior to leaving the stable.

In the unlikely event of a tour cancellation, you will be notified in advance, and we will offer the choice of an alternative date, a different tour, or a full reimbursement.
