You will know everything about the preparation of ham, from the origin of the meat to all the operations necessary for the preparation of ham.

The visit ends with a tasting of the house's original products.

Visit made for a large group of nearly 50 people, very interesting considering the very clear explanations of one of the employees (from memory, it is a Small Enterprise of just 5 people) and the decoration of the hams and sausages hanging over our heads. Tasting to enjoy 3 products (ham, sausage and pâté) before going to the store for possible purchases. Right next to the typical streets of Bayonne. Just to note that there is only one toilet accessible to visitors, given the size of our group, this complicated the use.
