5.00Great tour! Jan was so informative and the little shop we did the tasting at was adorable. All of the products are all natural, healthy and best of all support the local community! Highly recommend! Make sure to eat before hand though since it’s more small bites and not meal size.

5.00Jan was an excellent guide through the city. He spoke knowledgeably about the history and architecture of the region. The high point of the tour was the food and wine tasting at the new shop just off the main square near the harbor. The selection of local wines, meats, cheeses, and olive oils was amazing. Thanks, Jan!

4.00The tour consisted of a cursory history of Piran, sampling of local products - wine, olive oils, truffles, meets, cheese, and a brief walk up to the church and around the point. The righteousness of the guides’ restaurant referrals were validated.

5.00The tour starts in Tartini square where tour guide tells you about the history of Piran and the buildings some of which is very interesting. The tour takes you to all important places in Piran including near the clock tower and fr0m there the surroundings. The information you would get is lot more than you would even with extended stay. The wine testing and food (?) testing is added bonus. No one minds couple of glasses of wine and few canopies to go with it while having interesting discussion on various topics. Overall a pleasant enjoyable experience.
