Our Pizza Class will be the highlight of your trip to Amalfi and the Amalfi Coast! You will be able to make the real dough of the traditional Neapolitan Pizza with your own hands. I will reveal every trick and secret to be able to repeat the pizza once it arrives at your home. The secrets have been handed down for generations, I've been a professional pizza maker for over 15 years and I'll make sure you get to know the most important notions. You will make the traditional dough of the high hydration Neapolitan Pizza, you will touch our organic products typical of the Amalfi coast such as San Marzano tomato, buffalo mozzarella, extra virgin olive oil. At the end of our Pizza Class, it will be very easy for you to make real Neapolitan pizza at home!

5.00This was our second time taking the class with Roberto and Francesca and again was the favorite part of our trip. Not only does the food taste great with fresh local ingredients, but Roberto and Francesca truly make you feel like a local and part of a big Italian family. The view overlooking Amalfi is stunning and the perfect backdrop for the cooking class. Words cannot describe the experience which is why when we went back to Amalfi we had to take the class a second time. By far the best cooking class you will take 10/10 recommend! Come hungry and ready to work!

5.00Our group of six came to this class as complete pizza making novices and left feeling like we had just spent an afternoon with family. Roberto and Francesca picked us up, welcomed us into their home, and guided us through every step of the process with patience, warmth, and genuine expertise. The pizza we made together was some of the best any of us had ever tasted, and the views from their home made the entire experience. This is not just a cooking class, it is a perfect example of Italian hospitality, and it was worth every penny.

We learned so much during our pizza class experience and can't stop talking about it. 5.00Thank you Roberto and Francesca for opening your home to us and sharing your love for making pizza! It was the best pizza we have ever eaten. But beyond that, the hospitality shown to us was amazing. Today was the best day of my birthday trip to Amalfi thanks to Roberto and Francesca! This is an experience you don’t want to pass up and it’s worth way more than what you pay. Definitely will visit them again if we return to Amalfi. Thanks for an amazing day of food and fun!

5.00From the time Chef Roberto picked us up from out hotel we knew we were in for a great day. When we arrived at their home, Francesca welcomed us and made us feel like old friends. We soon discovered that we were the only two participants in the class, which made the day even better. Chef Roberto gave us many tips and guided us as we made our pizzas hands on from start to finish with many of the ingrediants picked fresh from their terrace. Francesca showed us how to make limoncello ice cream. After we prepared and cooked our pizzas, we sat down with Chef Roberto and Francesca at the table, shared stories, laughed, ate our pizzas and ice cream, and admired the faboulous views. Tiffany and I had such a wonderful time with this special couple and agree that this was the highlight of our trip to Italy. We would love to do it again and highly recommend.

5.00What a great experience. We were the only two in the class. Chef Roberto and Francesca welcomed us into their home and made us feel like old friends. We shared stories, laughed, and learned the pizza making process from start to finish. It was a completely hands on experience from start to finish. Many of the ingredients were fresh from their terrace. Chef Roberto gave us many valuable tips in the pizza making process. Francesca showed us how to make limoncello ice cream. After we prepared and cooked our pizzas, we all sat down together and ate our pizzas and ice cream. Tiffany and I had such a wonderful time with this special couple. It was the highlight of our trip to Italy. We highly recommend. As a bonus, the view is incredible.

5.00Roberto and Francesca were amazing and so welcoming. We learned a lot and laughed even more. They are so much fun and we would recommend this to anyone. This is a must do in Amalfi.
