Plitvice Lakes was amazing Mia our guide managed to show us both the upper & lower lakes which was a nice surprise she was great giving clear instructions. Think that Greyline could maintain their buses better by cleaning them regularly inside & out especially the windows for clearer photos. All in all would recommend this tour

Really good day trip. We went out of season so not so busy. Great guide too. Nice drive through mountains and it was lovely to see national park

Great experience. Your guide Barry was the best. Would go on another tour with him for sure. Very knowledgeable and personable. Driver Anton was obviously experienced at driving.

Went off season on a drizzly day but did not dampen our spirits. Yes, there is a giant -and I mean giant- waterfall but there are actually very many waterfalls all through the park. You will hear the rushing water nearly everywhere you walk. Truly gorgeous. Only suggestion is to get in the front of the line to board the bus so you get a good seat. Our bus was full and the back row isn't great.

Initially Sugaman confirmed my booking. But after paying they ghosted me. It seems they cancelled the tour without even informing me. Didn't answer my messages, picked up the phone, nor called me back. I needed to go through Viator in order to even get my money back. But I was left stranded in Split, too late to book anything else. Super terrible experience, stay away from these fraudsters. But at the time the damage was already done. It was too late to book anything new
