Get to know one of the most active volcanoes in Costa Rica, the Poás Volcano with 2,708 m high, which is located just a few minutes from the city of San José, where we pick you up directly where you can find lodged to take you to see the Great Colossus On the way to the Volcano you will be able to delight in the beautiful views of the Milk, Strawberry and ornamental plants farms as well as the large coffee plantations which stand out for the large amount observed on the way, once we arrive at the Volcano. We will take you to enjoy a delicious typical Lunch which is included in the tour. Once we are satisfied we will go to La Peace Waterfalls where you will be amazed with the immense this waterfall that this area gives us.
You can not loose of visiting the Coffee Farm and learning everything about one of the best coffee in the world.

5.00We had a lovely time with Charly leading our tour. The coffee plantation experience was really informative. We got to pick actual coffee beans and process them, producing, what my coffee loving husband claims is one of the best cups of coffee he has ever had in his life. Charly was really on top of the weather patterns at the volcano and had us wait for the perfect view of the Poás crater. We even met a coati at the beautiful water fall! Shout out to the tasty lunch, too! Top quality casado and really good drinks.

5.00I had an incredible experience yesterday. One for the books! So much beauty and nature in just one day, and Charly was fantastic! Really took his time to explain everything in a detailed manner. I am very lucky to have chosen this company and the delicious lunch was a bonus! I highly recommend.

5.00If you are crunched the time and you want to have a little bit of everything in one excursion, this is a really good excursion. I got to see an active volcano, waterfalls, and the coffee tour was actually surprisingly interesting. I didn’t know a lot of things and I’m taking all this knowledge back home to make better coffee. Our tour guide kept us safe. And I had to take beautiful videos of the waterfall. I really connected with nature. Thank you so much for a beautiful care.

3.00The volcano was cool and the waterfall is beautiful. The lunch was good although waiting until after 3pm with a start before 9am was kind of long. Also the details in the booking description did not match the experience. No water was provided even though it says included. We did not stop at the Starbucks coffee farm and only stopped at 1 waterfall. Our guide was nice but seemed to lose interest throughout the day and kept disappearing to smoke. The coffee making presentation was interesting and overall a fun day just some frustration about the miscommunication about what to expect.

5.00This tour is just right. Ricardo is excellent, professional and friendly. He gives you the information you need, and not excessive headache-causing detail which often happens on other tours. The tour itself is perfectly organised and is just right. Lunch, which is included, was very tasty too. You will be back by 6pm in-time for any dinner plans.
