From November 2026: this excursion departs from the arrivals area (Terminal 1) of the Pointe-à-Pitre cruise terminal and is therefore exclusively for cruise passengers.
Regarding the beaches: please note that all beaches in Guadeloupe are unspoilt and are in the public domain. There are therefore no beach huts or sun loungers. Please get changed before leaving your room.
Bring your own water bottle: We’re eco-friendly and no longer provide plastic bottles.
Child policy: All participants, including children, require a booked seat. Carrying children on laps is not allowed. Child age: Indicate child’s age at booking for a proper car seat (if needed).
This tour is not wheelchair accessible. Motorized scooters, collapsible wheelchairs, walkers, strollers, and luggage are not permitted. This tour is also not recommended for individuals with mobility restrictions.

Pointe-a-Pitre
From the Cruise terminal, you first enter the old town of Pointe-à-Pitre. During a guided walk, you will pass by the most important sites in the centre. Pointe-à-Pitre is considered the cultural and economic centre of the island and has a long history. As you stroll through the streets of this quiet port city, you’ll learn more about its fascinating past from your local guide and admire some of the colonial-style buildings. You’ll immerse yourself in the island’s oldest spice market and have free minutes to visit them at your leisure. It’s the perfect place to discover and buy local spices, and explore stalls brimming with tropical fruits, local crafts and rums flavoured with exotic spices. It’s a great opportunity to take home authentic souvenirs and sample the richness of Guadeloupe’s produce. Your guide will introduce you to some of the local flavours on this walking tour.
Ilet Du Gosier
After this walking tour of Pointe-à-Pitre, you will head for the small uninhabited island of Gosier. You will board a motorboat and reach the island after a short crossing. This verdant island, located off the coast of Gosier, south of Grand-Terre, is a paradise of exceptionally clear water, fine sand and tropical palm trees. The island is easy to explore, so you can first get an overview on a short tour with your guide, then enjoy some free time. If you wish, you can take a dip in the refreshing water or simply sit back and enjoy the enchanting view. Spend your time as you please! You can enjoy cocktails made with local rum in the unique restaurant. Your guide will be happy to advise you.

5.00Pick-up/return to the port worked without any problems. Very good Gide on site who could tell a lot about the history of the island. Everything was very well organized. It was a lot of fun. Very nice tour. I recommend it.

5.00We booked upfront via Tripadvisor for our AIDA cruise stopp. Olivier picked us up with a name plate and showed us first the town Center by foot. Brilliant tour with a lot of facts and information. We then ha a short 15 min van drive to the small port to the boat to Ilet du Gosier. After swimming stop there we moved back to the main island and drove to the famous beach Sainte Anne, after another stop for swimming we drove back to the cruise ship. 7,5 h of a ver good trip, absolutely amazing. Olivier was a brilliant guide and his side kick a very nice and entertaining driver. Thanks a lot for this trip. Regards Marcus

5.00It was so beautiful. Highly recommended and our guide Oliver was great! The city tour was interesting and by no means boring. The beaches were a bit crowded but still pleasant.

5.00Olivier was absolutely amazing, I couldn’t fault him at all. The tour only included us 4 which was a bonus and he was very knowledgeable about Guadeloupe. We were only here for 2 night and felt like the tour really showed us enough to say we’ve explored Guadeloupe. Very thankful to our tour guide for giving us memorable experience.

5.00We had a fantastic time with Olivier and I can't recommend this excursion enough. While we were in a small public group it felt much more like a private excursion with Olivier being a highly skilled guide as well as an excellent driver. Oliver provided us his details well in advance and a youtube video showing were to meet him. We did an excellent walking tour of Pointe a Pitre and then he took us on the short boat ride to the paradise of Gosier island. I'm not sure there's a better spot in the Caribbean/World! Later we went to St Anne's beach with Olivier pointing our the best places and dishes to try. A truly 5* experience which was never rushed and so professional. We felt like VIPs.

5.00We had an amazing day with our guide Oliver. The excursion was very well planned and organized. Oliver shared a wealth of knowledge and provided many interesting facts about Guadeloupe. The vehicle we traveled in was very well maintained and each of the stops were a perfect length of time. At the beach break we were each provided a collapsible chair to enjoy our time. We loved that the tour has a maximum of 8 people so it was very personal. We highly recommend this tour to others travelling to Guadeloupe!
