This exclusive semi-private in-depth educational tour offers a personal and respectful exploration of the rich history of Prague’s Jewish community.
You’ll visit all key sites (including all interiors) of the Old-New Synagogue, Maisel Synagogue, Holocaust Memorial, Medieval Jewish Cemetery, and the stunning Spanish Synagogue.
The tour is limited to a maximum of 6 - 8 participants, ensuring a calm, personal atmosphere.

5.00We had an amazing walking tour with Anna. She is so knowledgable and has a great, calm way of explaining things. The trip was well paced, we got enough time to check the places yet Anna made sure we saw all the important sights with deep information about them. We totally recommend this trip.

5.00Julie was a wonderful tour guide! She was thoughtful, attentive, made the pace easy for us, and answered every question we asked. Maybe most of all, she seemed to have a natural compassion for the Jewish experience. It was truly moving to spend time with her. Can highly recommend.

5.00We actually went on three tours with the company, with three different guides. All of the tours and guides were excellent. They knew their subject matter, were flexible, paced the tour well for older couples, had senses of humor, and were gracious in changing given routes to include other items of interest. Moreover, the price of the three tours was exceedingly reasonable with a discount if you do three such tours. We did the Jewish ghetto tour, a city tour which included the Prague castle, and a WW 2 tour. When ran out of time as we neared the Prague castle, they offered us a short tour to see the site for a smaller fee. Note we ran out of time because we asked a lot of questions not because the tour was mismanaged.

5.00I do this tour every year, אבל הפעם זה היה מיוחד—this time I came not with students, but with my family. And honestly, every single one of them was completely blown away, ממש בהלם טוב. The Prague Jewish Quarter and Terezín Ghetto & camp tour with Pavel Batel and his historians was an incredible experience – חוויה עוצמתית, עמוקה ומרגשת. Everything is so well organized, the story flows naturally, והכול מוסבר בצורה ברורה ומדויקת, בלי בלבול ובלי רגעים מתים. Each place makes sense, every stop has meaning, וזה מרגיש כמו לחזור בזמן. My mother told me she felt like she was back there, שהיא ממש חזרה אחורה בזמן – וזה אומר הכול. This is not a “tour.” זו חוויה יהודית, אנושית, וחינוכית ברמה הכי גבוהה. We’ll be talking about this for months and months. Highly recommended.
