  Prague is so special!, Full of rich history and beauty. For many years I wanted to travel to Prague and I must say this country did not disappoint me at all. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and the Christmas market was spectacular!

• Not worth the price paid

  Very long and uncomfortable drive to Prague to spend only 3.5 hours in the city. Definitely not worth the price. Very disappointed. Not a pleasant experience .

• Vienna to Prague day trip

  The trip to Prague was long due to a lot of traffic from Vienna to Prague on Monday but once we arrived we had wonderful time with our very knowledgable guide Michaela who was very friendly too. She gave us an excellent overview of the old castle and took us to the main tourist attractions in the old town. We finished on time and had one hour free time. A recommended tour, however you should be prepared for a ling drive if there is traffic jams or traffic accidents etc. Our driver Andrej was also very nice and drove us safely from Vienna to Prague and back. Thank you Viatur for a great experience.

• Prague is Great! But we faced unpleasant circumstances..

  We loved Prague. It was beautiful… …but we faced very unpleasant issues: - the driver’s level of English was barely good enough… - we were 5 in our small group with a local guide; the of 2 of us + a group of 3, where one of the 3 persons was heavily mentally disabled, slowing down the group and making the tour very uncomfortable. This group of 3 should have been accommodated as unique group with a dedicated guide… - Finally the local guide’s level of English was not good enough… NB - Accessibility is important and should not be limited, however it is strongly suggested to ask at the registration stage, if there is or there are persons with mobility or mental disability to better serve them and contact them to be prepared with the necessary accommodation without impacting others in the small group… thx for considering this constructive suggestion.

• A Transportation Service rather than A Tour!

  I wouldn't exactly call this a tour. More like a transportation service to Prague and Back. Given a Map of the City and then left to our own devices. Would've have been better if we had a local tour guide there who could meet us and show us the main sites!

  Our driver Timo picked us from the hotel. He was an excellent guide and driver. Enjoyed the journey back and forth to Prague. Our local guide in Prague was very knowledgeable and gave us the best tour.

• Amazing old city tour in Prague

  Prague's old city tour is an amazing experience. The tour arrangements are satisfactory, but the tour agent has not responded to my messages. The tour details were only sent by him and he expects an immediate reply from us. But still no reply to my WhatsApp messages. However, the tour was enjoyable.

  Booked Tour 23/8/23. Tour was cancelled less than 24 hrs before commencement of the tour due to insufficient numbers. Company made no effort to contact us via the hotel we are staying at ( the one they were picking us up from). We only found out the tour was cancelled by accident when we contacted Super Tours to confirm pickup time from the hotel. The person we spoke to whilst polite, was very abrupt and hung up immediately after completing her prerehearsed speech that we would receive a full refund. No effort was made on their part towards further discussion on possible alternative dates. I would not recommend this company due to the lack of reliability and communication.
