  Friendly and helpful snowboard instructor but they struggled with organisation during busy school holidays. Next time think I will organise private lessons . Man in snowboard hire shop grumpy and unhelpful. Boards ok but boots were old damaged and smelly

  Very rude and unhelpful man, was told it was cash only once we had the hire sorted so that wiped out the cash we took. My daughters boots were not comfortable after trying them for a day. Spoke to Anton who said there weren’t anyone boots in her size. I pointed out the correct size on the shelf and he reluctantly swapped them. My sons binding broke on the second day, spoke to Anton again who was blaming us for breaking it and looked at marks at the bottom of the board saying “what have you done!” These marks we’re already there and the binding was clearly ware and tear. Asked to come back next day to collect another board, tried to give my husband a board with chucks out of the bottom and was in a worse state than the original. Anton said “that is your problem, not mine” He could see my husband wasn’t going to accept it so offered a premium board for an extra fee. Disgusting customer service, will never go back there

  Had a great 6 days with group snowboard lessons as total beginners. Simon and Chris were very helpful and the school was helpfully flexible with us starting the lessons as beginners mid week. Class sizes were small when we visited which was a bonus. We were both thrilled to be putting turns together down blue runs by the end of the trip.

  For a few years now I've been going back to hunters for the skiing which they are great for!!! But this year I decided to try snowboarding for the first time and it was absolutely amazing!!! I was in a small beginners group with Stoyan on the first day and he was really patient and got me up and moving in no time! For the rest of the week I was with Kristian, who really helped me develop and become more confident as the week went on!! We ended up being able to take on red runs and when he felt we were capable enough brought us off piste too!!! Had an absolutely fantastic time...I couldn't recomend these guys enough and will be back again next year becauseof that!!!👍
