Our tour guide, Aldo, was terrific. It was great to have him help us get a boat for the canals and get us food from the floating markets and even a Mariachi band that climbed aboard and played requests! I would feel lost doing this without his help. He gave us engaging history lessons throughout our car ride and provided lots of context before we went to Frida Kahlo’s house that really enriched our experience. I can’t recommend him highly enough!

We would have preferred to go to museum first and Xochimilco in the afternoon when there would be more people and the atmosphere was better. Also the tour company did not pay for our guide to go in to the museum, so we did not have a guided tour that we thought we paid for.

Pedro was a great guide. I would definitely seek him out again. He was funny, kind and informative. The whole day was wonderful for my whole family. His driver was also very good.

Stephanie entertained with music, stories and history. I was glad to tour the Xochimilco canals with a friendly group. Stephanie’s English was great and she gave us confidence to engage with the Coyocan market. This experience was also the only way we were able to obtain tickets to the Frieda Kahlo museum without a ton of pre-planning over the Christmas holiday.

Be sure to include a pick up at your hotel. Life is easier this way. Liz was a kind and knowledgeable guide. Josue was an awesome driver. Our family really enjoyed the day and would do it again. Take your time at the Frida Kahlo house and read everything. The boat ride was fun. We bought corn and silver jewelry from the boat vendors. Wish we had more time at the market. I guess we will have to come back to Mexico!
If you like Frida, this tour is a must.

Lizbeth was an amazing tour guide. She was fun and informative and kept the group on schedule. Her love of Mexico City was apparent during all of our planned activities. Our driver Josue navigated traffic expertly and safely.

We wanted most to see Frida’s home and museum, but adding Xochimilco was great! Visiting all these places and managing ticketing would have been impossible without this tour. Our guide, Karen, was wonderfully bilingual, which was great for our group with members from Central America, Germany, and the US. Jesús, our driver, handled all the traffic like a pro. Great trip - I highly recommend it.

We booked this tour as we were too late to book Friday Khalo tickets directly and got them with this tour operator. It ended up being a really enjoyable day and glad we got to do it. Our tour guide was Samantha and she was great, super friendly and was very happy to share her knowledge about Mexico and the places we visited. Everything was well planned and you never felt rushed. One of our faves was the market in coyoacan, we wished we had more time there to explore. The only thing was we were told you could get the best corn in the world and a michelada on the trajineras in Xochimilco and unfortunately they weren't that great. Overall I would recommend the trip, great tour guide and the transport was super comfortable too.
