Discover the art of Neapolitan pizza at a Travellers' Choice pizzeria in Como (2022 & 2023). Guided by a master pizza maker, you'll learn the right proportions, kneading techniques, and rising times to create the perfect Neapolitan crust. In small groups, you'll craft your dough and master the ancient "staglio" technique to shape your own "panetti." Before starting the pizza-making, enjoy a bruschetta made with fresh, local ingredients. Then, with the guidance of your chef, roll out and top your Margherita pizza with fresh ingredients. Add your favorite toppings for a personalized touch! We accommodate lactose intolerant and vegan guests, but unfortunately, no gluten-free options are available. As your pizza bakes in a wood-fired oven, savor the aroma of San Marzano tomatoes and basil. Once ready, enjoy your pizza with a glass of red wine or Italian craft beer. 5.00Incredible!!! The best thing we did in como!! We were lucky enough to have a private class with frank. He was amazing!!!!! Very knowledgeable, made great pizza and was kind and compassionate. Also took amazing pictures of us during the class. The pizza was incredible!!

5.00We had such a brilliant time at the pizza making course in Como! The whole experience was fantastic from start to finish. The team were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making it really enjoyable and relaxed. The pizza itself was absolutely delicious, and we learned so much along the way. Communication beforehand was also excellent, which made everything really smooth and easy. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Como

Francesco's sympathy, professionalism and skills will train you at a high level. It is not only a course on the basics of making pizza, but also an in-depth study of the best techniques to manage doughs in all its phases, with tips on the unexpected that can happen and how to solve them. 5.00Francisco and Eya really made this a most memorable experience. My wife and I met a small group of travelers from Minnesot and Canada. We sang and danced while making our pies. Afterwards, we all sat and ate or own customized handmade pizzas. I would highly recommend it!
